Always enjoy going to this Krogers, always very peaceful and quick to shop at . They have awesome selection of speciality cheeses that I personally love. Large flower section with not too bad prices. The self check outs are easy to use and there is always an attendant if there's a problem. The electric carts are usually charged and ready to go so that is helpful. Will be going back as I like this one in particular! Sometimes it can be crowded but they close late and that is very convenient!

Very clean store to shop at ,fresh meat and everything else.you don't have to worry about no returns at this store.

Use to love them, now putting up gates just past doors to produce, not enough cashiers, stockers blocking lanes.they have lost customer service .

Always a great place to shop when in Shreveport we travel and always find one unfortunately we don't have one in Texarkana.

Very nice staff, 1st time I had been to this location, didn't have what I came in for. I ended up buying a whole lot of items I didn't come for.

Dollar Mania, on Bert Kouns, was great, especially with the remodeled update. I purchased two products that were priced @:$5.99. when I checked out, the products scanned for $9.99. So, the cashier guy tells me that it was not priced for $5.99. So, he goes to look at the price which took him way over 15 minutes. Basically, he was back there changing the price to $5.99. People these days and times are all about dishonesty. HECK, I should have known they were not about the business. They showed up 30 minutes late to open the store. I saw the same products on another side of town at another Dollar Mania for $0.65 cheaper. How you gone be late opening your business & have the nerve to be charging more. PAPLEASE!!

This Kroger feels tiny and is not as nice as the Bossier or South Shreveport locations. I don't prefer to go here but I also don't have much bad to say.

I you need it you can find it here. I drive 45 min & purchase a long list of items :food, hardware, clothing, hobby items, plants, gas, at a good price!

I visited this shopping center the other day and although this is a HUGE Kroger, they have everything that you would be needing. I went there to just get a couple of things and left with a few bags. I really like this Kroger store and will definitely be going back.

Walmart better watch out! Kroger's is very competitive in their prices and the produce in Kroger's is really first rate. Anything you want, you'll find in this Kroger's. I highly recommend the Rotisserie Chicken-Savory. The staff is always heloful.

When the cats away the mice will play. A. The customer service counter has been shut down for almost 3 weeks. The shells are empty.. Workers are in the aisles talking amongst each other instead of helping customers open customers. The bakery manager has attitude! At least the self check out area was a more friendly environment. Disappointed with this Kroger.

OMG this is an awesome location to visit. Too many great products and departments to describe. You will be pleased if you decide to visit this location.

Update to my previous 4 star rating with a demerit. I'm taking it to 3 stars because the order online and pickup seem to have various workers that don't want to look for items. Case: my order included 2 life basil plants. They marked it unavailable. 1 chicken stock low sodium was indeed out of stock. 1 package of Fiesta Star Anise was marked out of stock/unavailable. I was invited to look for the items which irked me because my rationale: if you didn't see it then it must be out. Nope Nah. Never. Went to the produce section and 7 basil plants were proudly standing while the star anise was definitely there but omitted. I don't know if they are unfamiliar with items and just give up or running behind fulfilling orders and felt rushed but it defeats the purpose of me ordering online to avoid shopping just to have to enter the store and shop. Diablo.

Great customer service and pleasingly atmosphere. Its my go to shop for everything. Plus you can save A LOT on fuel and other product if you use their digital site. We saved $1 per gal the last 2 times we filled up. I love it!

Good place for groceries. Some stuff was a little more than market price but you're probably paying for the location

First time at this krogers in years and it did NOT disappoint! Clean big more products but I was ina hurry so I didn’t get to enjoy each and every aisle haha but I’ll be back! FYI: only downfall about Krogers as a whole business is restocking! I shouldn’t have to wait two weeks for something I get all the time and all of the sudden it’s out of stock…..

It's really a nice place and looks like it was an even more amazing place pre-pandemic. Now it's more like a ghost town; however, right there's some great sales going on and at night the Ambiance is off the boardwalk is pretty cool.

Big and offers a variety of things. Good location. For ones that like to get tats, a tattoo kit is sold at the Kroger's for around $15.00.

I'm rarely in the Shreveport/Bossier area, however we recently discovered their bakery. Being new in town and having not found a bakery for birthday cakes yet, this is my go to. The cakes are delicious! I just celebrated "36" with my kiddos and had a raspberry filled vanilla cake with buttercream icing cake and I have never tasted a better cake at any bakery in WA state!
