My experience was completely awful! Check in.. receptionist was extremely rude, got to the room killed 5 cockroaches, bathroom was disgusting. There was dirt and hair in the tub, the mirror was smeared with dirt as well.. The doors have to be slammed extremely hard to lock when you leave . The refrigerator didn't work . It had food inside it. I will definitely not ever go back there again.

Reserved a double bed room. Tried to put us in a single with two kids for the same price. Got to our rim and roaches scattered as we entered. Fire alarm was open had no batteries. Room was freezing when we walked in ( its winter). Cigarette burns everywhere and someone else candy/ food trash on floor's and in drawers. Bathroom falling apart and graffiti on the walls. Roaches even in the beds. Breakfast was shut down early so not available. This hotel isn't worth it. For $5 more dollars stay at days in or one of the other close by hotels!

I had to wait 40min to check in because the doors were locked because the girl from front desk had to help with housekeeping. The outside of the inn looked like it was nolonger in service but the rooms are perfect for a quick stay. Also the pool was not in use at the time of visit, and i had to go to a store nearby for ice because the inn did not have any. The staff on the other hand were very friendly and helpful.

This place does not deserve a star. This is a more rent by the hour hotel. From the first moment we got it was not as advertised. My son and daughter in law had booked a family suite that was supposed to have walk in jacuzzi tubs, a kitchenette, family space and room for 6 with a pool. The pictures of the place were beautiful but beware it is all a LIE a BIG FAT LIE.Well what we got was 2 rooms where one of the rooms the door was broke so the key card didn''t work then it went down hill from there. There was cigarette butts on the floor, dirty underwear and socks in the drawers in one room. The smoke detectors were open and batteries removed in both rooms. There was bugs and rat droppings behind the bathroom doors. There was drawers and knobs missing from the dresser in the other room' When we went to open the ice box the door almost feel off in our hands. The TV had buttons missing so you couldn''t turn it on or off or turn the channels up or down. The doors handles screws were loose and falling out and you could not use the dead bolt. The electrical outlets were all lose and only 1 work at all in one room . The towels were all dirty and stained it looked like all they did was put them in the dryer and put them back in the room. They were nasty I am glad I had a beach towel with me. For what good that did me for the pool. Because it was empty except for the lower end that was full of brown dirty water. There was actually a tick that crawled across the bed. The staff are impolite and rude. Especially if you ask for clean towels or directions to the ice machine. Do not take your kids there are hookers drug dealers all over the place. No this place does not get even 1 star .but you have to get it a star just so it will let you post the review. They charged my son $115.00 for a room not worth $30. Stay at your own risk.They actually have a sign that says no refunds after 15 of check in no matter how many days you are reserved for. Now mind you it takes that long to check in. So you been told of our experience so make up your own mind. I have pictures to prove what I have said.

For the price it's not bad at all! Housekeeping and front desk are very nice and do their job well. This motel is the cleanest one I've been to that's located off Monkhouse. Clean, nobody just walking around any time of the day, very low key over here. I would definitely stay here again

Very frustrating!!! I've stayed at this hotel once before with a friend and it was decent and cheap. Needed a quick place for my son and I to stay another time, so I chose this same hotel and it was very nasty. The front desk was nice, however, when I went to my room, soon as I opened the door and went into the bathroom roaches were crawling everywhere. I looked at the bed and saw roaches crawling around the headboard. I let the front desk know and was offered another room. However, when I went into the new room it was even worse. Roach nest were sitting on top of the headboard and crawling everywhere. I was tired and very agitated. Not a place I wanted my child to stay at. I didn't even feel comfortable being there myself. I went back to the front desk and asked to have my money refunded and I found another hotel.

One star is being generous. Negative rating. Nastiest hotel in the country. The room and bathroom was dirty. Bedding was dirty. Floors looked like they hadn't been swept and mopped in years. Only gave me 1 towel. No rags. Bad smell. Little TP. Worst of all, I got bit by bed bugs. Went to the hospital cuz I didnt know what the heck bit me. The bites hurt and inch so bad. Made my face and eye swell. I went to inform them they had bed bugs and was told the manager was not in. That I would have to come back later to inform him and get a refund. Man was not concerned or interested in me or what I had to say. Completely dismissed me from the jump. Was very rude. So now im looking for an attorney.

I can’t “describe my stay” because I didn’t have the chance to. I called 3 hours in advance, making sure they’re a pet friendly hotel because there’s mixed reviews online. THEY ARE NOT. The lady on the phone however told me they were. We roll up at 10 pm, ready to sleep, just to be told we can’t stay there with our doggo. So rude, just kept telling me that I was wrong, long story short, just pay the extra $20 and go somewhere nicer, and less sketchy

The hotel is cheap and feels it. There was no shower curtain and the bed was broken and uncomfortable. The room was very dirty. The front desk host was very nice though and the price was right with easy airport access. Don't expect much and you will be fine. Be prepared to feel dirty all day.

The hotel was extremely nasty there was long black hairs all over the room. Cigarettes burns all over the room and ashes.No toliet paper holder. No warning signs for caution getting out of the hot tub. He slip and fell and all bruised up.
