Please do not go here or take your kids here! The pictures are deceiving! Our daughter has asthma and there was cigarette smoke smell throughout the entire hotel. Tub was disgusting; it had stuck in dirt on the tub floor and walls as if it had never been cleaned before. There were roaches crawling around the toilets. The pool was green. The phones did not work and you have to go to the service desk at certain times because they keep the door locked. That tells you a little something about what you're getting yourself into. The fridge would not get cold, and the walls have so many cracks in them. It's dingy and dirty all over. If I could have given no stars, I would have.

I liked the layout of the hotel, they were great about my very early check in. The amenities in the room were nice. Big TV!! Comfy beds and spacious rooms!! There was only one, maybe two outlets that worked to plug stuff in. :( So that meant the lighting in the room was only on the TV side, which sucked. The room was pretty uncleanly. The tub needed a good scrub I'm pretty sure there was a blunt roach on the base of the lamp. Don't get me wrong, I don't judge. It just showed how yuck the room probably was...sorry Beaumont, but it was my first time to Louisiana. Not a clean experience.

This place was horrible. Roaches the size of half of dollars. Holes in wall, no switches on air conditioners, piss on toilets, dirty tubs, no clocks, telephones, clean towels. People hanging out windows, homeless people walking around n living on property. Rude front desk people. Breakfast area floors sticky n dirty. Had to switch rooms 3 times. I would never recommend this place to single person on earth. It was my birthday weekend n the worst time of my life. Not safe area or place.

If you want to stay at revolting hotel be my guest. This hotel makes sleeping at a rest stop sound decent. The outside will fool you with the beautiful landscape, but when you get inside, it's a room from hell. The lobby is beautiful and clean, but why do they not clean the room? Pubic hair in the shower, sink, and God knows where else. Used condoms were behind the bed, spiderwebs, bug, and dirt everywhere. The room has cracks and holes in the wall, water spots down the hall way, lipstick marks on the wall, and stains allover the carpet. Also, the manager was late to her job 2 hours late. The non-smoking rooms smells like smoke and mildew and the heater smells like burnt hair. The only thing nice about the hotel is the lady who makes breakfast. Other than that this hotel is revolting. Room keys don't work and 2+ hours for a depoit to be returned.

I booked two suites, one with double beds and another with a king. This place is disgusting. I paid for a king size suite and was give a regular room with double queen beds.. This lady at the front desk was rude. She acted like it was my fault that they were over booked. The hallway stinks like a smoked filled bar. The a/c wasn't able to cool the room. The rooms like 98 and a half years old and never been updated other than the TV. I will never stay here again or allow anyone I know to stay here.

This place was absolutely horrible! The hotel smelled like weed. The rooms were in horrible shape. There were patches in the walls, busted tiles in the bathroom, the bed sheets were stained and there were places where the carpet was so tattered that the plywood underneath was exposed. There was trash all over the parking lot and one of the buildings doors had a busted window. The hotel says that they offer a complementary breakfast until 10 however we got to the dining room at 9:00 and they had already put up the food. Honestly, I wasn't looking for anything but a store bought bagel, because eating anything cooked here would most likely give you a stomach ache. The lady working in this area did apologize for putting everything away, stating that she thought everyone who was coming had already come. After we left the hotel I realized that I left my jacket. I called the hotel to inform them that I had left it. They told me that they would inform house keeping. I tried to go up there several hours later after no one called me back but they told me the room had already been rented out and the house keepers had not turned it in. In other words, someone decided to keep it.

Rooms closer to main office are better maintained. This is not the Hilton. This is a place to crash. It is dry and safe if in a group. Had to switch to rooms closer to main office. First room problems: No smoke detector, no towels, No shampoo, sheets double used, fridge did not work and phone did not work. Door hinge to bathroom was dry rotted, edge of carpet was black, yellow dried liquid on walls, found trash and earring under both beds. Second room closer to the office was 95% better and habitable. First one was worse than a 3rd world country.

The suite was outdated and dirty. The carpet and couches were filthy. The bed was clean though so since we arrived after midnight and were leaving early we stayed. The hot breakfast was ok with waffles, biscuits, gravy, and eggs. Definitely not worth the hotel cost we paid though.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! First off, the front desk personnel was in no shape or form professional from the attire to how they spoke to us. They gave us our keys did NOT let us know that we were to notify them of any problems within a 30 min range so they can make changes. Secondly, we went to check the room out and it literally looked like someone had just hopped out of that bed. Used condoms and toilet paper everywhere! Used cups everywhere, carpet had black stains all over & was peeling, room had a terrible odor, toilet knob was on the sink! This was the WORST experience ever! Do not book here. Place and people are terrible! When we finally called to try to dispute our funds we were told that there is nothing they can do. DO NOT WASTE TIME AND MONEY on this place.
