What a lovely night the food was amazing and the staff attentive and excellent. There were 9 of us and nothing was too much trouble. Had a lovely family lunch here on Mother's Day. The service was excellent as was the food. Great location at one end of the Market Square right in the heart of Shrewsbury . Good access for those with walking frames and there was a well located disabled toilet on the ground floor.

Good value Italian restaurant in Shrewsbury! Have been there for few times, never get disappointed. Delicious food, good atmosphere, and it’s pet friendly.

I loved this place, they served an amazing lamb stew. The best I've ever eaten. And it's cosy and warm inside.

Stopped for breakfast. Had the scrambled eggs on toast, I tell you what, it was really tasty, one of the best I have had. Nice surroundings, I sat by the window looking out at the old market hall. Staff friendly, toilets clean, no complaints.

What a delightful Italian restaurant! The food was outstanding!! The staff were so lovely and friendly - customer service was impeccable... They were extremely accommodating towards our fussing eating children and being gluten free, which they did have some options for. I had the mushroom risotto - which was one of the best I've ever had! The children had fries on the side and I have to say they were delicious too but so was the incredible alioli, highly reccomend this restaurant!! We shall be visiting here again - in fact it may be a reason to visit Shrewsbury just for the alioli and risotto! Thank you to you all for a wonderful experience.

Such a great little place. Hadn't planned on visiting but found this absolute gem of a restaurant. The perfect mix of fantastic food, first class service and a perfect atmosphere. Will absolutely be visiting again!

Popped in on Sunday evening for coffee there were nine of us and we were welcomed even though we were not eating a meal. The service was great and before we were seated they made sure the table was cleaned down. The atmosphere was cosy and the table with high stools was ideal for just coffee. We all enjoyed the drink along with an amaretto biscuit. It looked like a lovely place to visit for a meal and I would definitely visit again.

Staff were very friendly, we parked down the road at St Austin's car park I think and walked up past market hall. We were a party of 10 for a family occasion. We went on a Friday night, the staff were very attentive, quick, polite. We were given the specials, swordfish, pea and ham soup and the other escapes me! Starters were good, a mix of scallops, prawns, bruschetta and others. Starters came quick and we're very good. Mains people opted for Mushroom risotto, swordfish, steak and pork. Everything was great, 1 that did fall down however was the swordfish, which was a special, few rubber bits here and there with the vinegarette I believe it was slightly over powering the rest. Everyone else's meal was good. Puds only let down was the pana cotta, seemed to be a little runny and didn't hold it's shape by the time it made it to the table. Overall it was a lovely place to go, the atmosphere and decor was good, the food was 95% good, few minor snags but wouldn't put us off going again and would recommend people do try this place.

Came here New Year's Eve for a meal with the family and it was utterly delightful. Did my normal test: one not on the menu, one half the size and one heavily modified. All of them were fantastic and absolutely delicious 😋 Every dish was cooked bespoke and really fresh. Will be coming here again.

Fantastic experience here this evening. My partner and i visiting Shrewsbury for my birthday weekend and were in search of an authentic fresh Italian meal, we were not disappointed. This is a busy restaurant and for good reason, it is well worth the wait. From the second we entered there was a warm reception and all members of the team were friendly and delivered great service, even though they were rushed off their feet. We had starters of Mushroom Brushetta and Calamari, followed by main courses of Chicken/Mushroom Farfalle and the Porchetta. Finally for desert my partner had the Bread and Butter Pudding. The food was exceptional and we will definately return when visiting again. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Absolutely loved our anniv meal here. The service was spot on, 10/10, for the guy who was extremely helpful and enthusiastic throughout. The food was delicious and nice sized portions. The cocktails and drinks were refreshing and served in chilled glasses. The atmosphere was delightful. All in all, it was a really fab night, a fab meal, and a joy to experience. Will definitely go again.

Nice spot and good atmosphere. Food was okay. Starters and dessert very good, main (steak) was small and also, weirdly, came sliced up. Was a bit tepid. Service not the best. We had to ask to order starters / mains / drinks and then again for dessert. Was proper busy in there though, so no dramas.

We both love Italian food and so to celebrate our 50 th wedding anniversary we chose the venue with a pin and were well pleased with our choice. Excellent location and decoration. Staff were all very helpful. The wine was of a very good quality and the choices on the menu was adequate.although I would have liked a large helping. My wife’s was more than she could eat, so I helped her. We will certainly be returning when our family come to visit. Many thanks to all the staff who helped to make one of our celebratory meals positively memorable.

Popped in for some lunch on a shopping trip. Fab food, great, friendly service. Very good value for money.

Really friendly staff, slow service and bang average food. A watery flavourless risotto which I tried to finish but lost interest after a few spoonfuls. It didn't taste of anything and it didn't have a decent cohesion or consistency. Sweet beans on crostini for the starter. Finished it but wasn't great. Overall very disappointing. Needed more flavour and finesse for each dish. Again, nice staff, good location but needs improvement to match a 4.7 Google review...
