I went to Shrewsbury IMA this week with my 4 year old daughter on the recommendation of a friend. Had a smooth and painless experience all around. We waited only about 3 minutes to be seen. My daughter was at ease and everyone was incredibly kind to her. Jill, Samantha and Rachael went above and beyond and their expertise and kindness were appreciated. My daughter was evaluated quickly and the X-ray process was a breeze. The doctor gave us some referrals to orthopedic pediatric doctors for next steps. Excellent service all around.

Today was my first visit to IMA Urgent Care - Shrewsbury. This was by far the best urgent care experience I have ever had. To start, there is plenty of parking outside. Walking in, I instantly noticed how clean the facility was. I was quickly greeted by Denise at the front desk. Denise was very friendly, helpful, and patient. She helped me fill out all of the new patient paperwork. She processed my paperwork quickly as I was only waiting in the lobby for a few minutes before I was called into a room. During my visit, I was helped by Shea (MA), Colleen (NP), and Kelsey (MA). They were all so personable, kind, and empathetic to my medical needs. I did not feel rushed at all like I have sometimes felt in other offices. They made me feel extremely comfortable. They were very thorough and made sure to answer all of my questions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the area. Thank you!

First time patient, usually go to another walk-in. The place is clean and bright. Receptionists are so pleasant and greet with a smile. The Medical Assistant, Katie M, was wonderful, so sweet and pleasant. NP, Karen, was very nice and professional, made me feel at ease. She examined me and set up and X-ray. Michael, the technician took the X-ray , he was so kind and funny. Another Medical Assistant came to me after Xray and did a breathing treatment to help with the Bronchitis. I forget her name, 😞, but she was great too! The whole experience from start to finish was outstanding. I highly recommend the facility, doctors and staff and plan on returning there for future illnesses. It’s a bit further distance for me but so worth it. Thank you IMA of Shrewsbury for the outstanding care!

Today I had a wonderful visit to this facility. Dr. McCoy was super thorough and took her time in helping me with my issue as well as being so pleasant. She addressed all my questions and needs. I also had the pleasure of meeting Jill MA who also was very good and pleasant as well. I highly recommend this facility for any urgent care needs. Everyone I met from Mike the X-ray tech to the girl who administered my breathing treatment and the back and front desk workers were all so very nice!!! Very friendly facility!

I was very pleased with my experience at IMA in Shrewsbury, NJ. I was immediately taken care off by Melissa and Denise from the moment I walked in the office. I came in with several concerns and Dr. Bhoori did a great job on attending to my medical needs. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. The entire staff is very nice, caring, always smiling which brings a good atmosphere for patients. I appreciated their follow-up and willingness to answer all of my questions. My daughter needed an X-ray after an injury at soccer, so we headed here because it happened to be close and opened. We had the most wonderful experience from start to finish! The front desk staff was so Pleasant and welcoming (especially Kyeshia). Our medical assistant Abby couldn’t have been nicer! And the nurse practitioner Colleen was super as well! We could not have asked for a better experience!

Colleen, my nurse practitioner was not only quick, efficient, and thorough but kind and caring as well. At one point in my visit I cried due to the frustration of my illness and she did everything she could to make me feel better. She truly cares about her patients!

I saw NP Colleen yesterday at the Shrewsbury location and (besides feeling terrible) had a really great experience. She was empathetic and actually listened to me instead of rushing through to get to the next patient. These days, that’s a really important aspect to have in a medical provider. Thank you Colleen!!

We saw Alex and Tyana during our visit this week. They were very caring and helpful to us. They were very reassuring and tended to my husband's wound well. One of the best experiences I've ever had going to an urgent care facility! They are definitely an asset to this facility.
