Standard Starbucks fayre. Clean and tidy apart from the toilets that need a deep clean and are stinky. Wheelchair accessible. Parking on site. Drive through available. 2 lots of outdoor seats.

Starbucks was empty when we got there, and there was still a bit of a wait for our drinks. Our fancy (expensive) caramel waffle lattes, barely tasted like a latte. We had driven away before trying our drinks. Very disappointed. We won't be going back to that Starbucks I'm afraid. Much prefer the one inside of Shrewsbury or Oswestry.

One of the worst Starbucks drinks I've had, one up from water an milk. It was a takeaway order and to far to go back and complain and place was empty so no excuses. Staff were more interested in having a laugh and joke, won't be going back and don't recommend. If Starbucks want more details, let me know. 0 stars if I could.

I visited the drive through yesterday on my way between work jobs, looking forward to my Starbucks coffee. Sat in a queue for 5 mins or so, and when I drove to the order window I was asked if I'd already ordered, to which I replied no. I was asked to drive around again and join the end of the queue as others behind me in cars had drinks to collect. I really don't understand why I would do that and again wait. I am so disappointed with Starbucks for the rubbish service I received, I'll avoid using again and go to the alternative coffee shop nearby. Such a shame, but when you can't guarantee a coffee in a timely manner and without driving around multiple times, I'll go somewhere else.

This is a quiet little Starbucks. A great find, we didn't know was there as it is tucked away in a little offshoot after the roundabout. Staff are helpful, have lots of choice, and haven't yet had an order declined as they're 'out of that', which seems pretty standard in most coffee shops.

I ordered a "tall" Mocha to dine in. I'm not going to lie, I've never been a fan of the foreign sizing for the drinks; small, medium or large would suffice! It tasted pretty average for coffee; better than what I have at home but I know many more local cafes which serve much better coffee! It was pretty quiet and boring in the cafe. The best part was the service; with a smile and extremely polite when taking my order. I couldn't knock the staff for the quality of the service of which they provided, well done!

It made a nice change from Costas,I must admit.It share's a site with Kentucky, travelodge and the two Henry's plus there's a service station.The Service was good,plenty of inside seating and parking.Its good to relax with a good coffee and a lovely cake.

Ordered a vanilla latte from the drive through. Don't know what I got but it certainly wasn't what I ordered. It was absolutely disgusting, tasted like dirty water mixed with milk. Extremely disappointed as Starbucks is usually quite consistent. By the time I noticed how horrible it was I was already too far away to drive back and change it. So disappointed to have wasted nearly 5 pound on dirty water
