Such a disappointing experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was poor. The restaurant was completely deserted. I asked for several things that never came. When the food arrived, (chicken biryani) without exaggeration, it was the worst meat I have ever tried in a restaurant. See picture attached. The meat in my meal was completely inedible, clearly not fresh and obviously pre-cooked / frozen. All of the meat was the same. It was rock-hard and absolutely disgusting. Quite honestly enough to put you off for life. I tried to discuss it with them at the end but they were not interested and did not offer any discount or other solution. Just a really poor restaurant and one which I will never step foot in again! Of all the Indian/Bangladeshi restaurants in the town, this is by far the worst.

Went here as our usual choice of restaurant was fully booked, I'm now struggling to decide which is my favourite! The food and service was excellent, hot fresh delicious food presented extremely well. All of the staff were friendly and attentive especially the manager. Overall a very enjoyable experience and I have no doubt we will be back

Been to Shrewsbury a few times and tried different Indian restaurants and found this one many moons ago and never been any where else since, and now this is the only place we go too. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, the food is fantastic and out this world If you ever go to shresbury I would definitely recommend the third place.

Went on my birthday, it was busy, but we were booked in. No problem getting a table. Not happy with the service, neither the Waiter or his supervisor wanted to spend any time recommending a vegetarian meal for me. I wanted a medium to slightly hot curry. What I got was a hot curry full of chilli and very little flavour. Will not be going back plenty of Curry houses with good service and flavoursome meals in Shrewsbury and Telford

What a shambles the service was last night! We waited over 20 minutes for our table (even after checking we'd be done in time for our taxi in over an hours time). We had the wrong curry delivered & when asked about it, they knew it was wrong but delivered it anyway (good job there were no allergies!) Correct curry arrived after everyone else had finished & they were told it was no longer required, at the same time the card reader was brought to the table for payment! All food was to be eaten with spoons as no forks available & the food was decidedly average! The poor waiters were run ragged & spent their time apologising to most of the customers. We even had a rendition of "why are we waiting?' From the table behind..& finally, I was overcharged by double on my card for the privilege! They really need to say "sorry, we're full" if they're to deliver good food & service & not be so greedy! We won't be returning!

My first visit here for my step sons birthday, I cannot rate this place high enough! Amazing food, too class service and a really great place to come to eat! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would! They went out of their way to make our night perfect! Thanks third place staff!

Great little local curry house. Fun atmosphere and service. Food is good not amazing. Perfectly tasty but a bit dated compared to somewhere in Manchester/Birmingham. Very reasonable and would have a good time here with a good discount for phone orders to avoid Justeat, etc.

Looking forward to a nice meal with some friends waited for the delivery half a hour late only to find out one meal was missing. Rang them up and they said you have to go through the booking app to get a refund. Not impressed.
