I’ve had 3 cuts and one colour now and I’ve been absolutely delighted with the results on each occasion. Hair beautifully cut. Excellent advice on colours, resulting in a lovely, natural look. Very friendly staff who make an effort to remember you and make you feel special. Refreshments always offered. Always nice to chat with Louisa too. I look forward to my haircuts here and have great confidence that the result will exceed expectations

5 star everything. First visit to the salon. It is a beautiful salon and everyone is so friendly. It was easy to relax and I actually enjoyed having my hair cut (which I don’t normally) Tori was great. So easy to talk to, really knowledgeable and a brilliant hair stylist. Me and my daughter both loved our hair thank you so much 😊. We booked again straight away. Just as a side, the Christmas decs were gorgeous, and the bathroom wall paper is amazing. Charlotte is always amazing, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! All the staff make me feel comfortable and welcome. I’m so pleased with my colour and cut. I love both my colourist and stylist. They give fabulous advice and help me look my best! Nothing is too much trouble, everyone is amazing, it’s a great salon xx

I had Scarlett do me a full head of foils and Tori do my cut, I love the results and appreciate the hot drinks and help with the car park!

A great appointment with Tori, straight away she understood my low maintenance needs and that I wanted to bring my natural curls out if possible. Not only did she bring out my curls and give me a lovely bouncy shape, she recommended some products for curly hair and how to look after it. So pleased and have already booked for next appt 😁

A fantastic experience at Francesco in Shrewsbury everytime. I'm now excited for my hairdressing appointment rather than fearful. Charlotte has unearthed my curls after very many years of searching for a hairdresser to do so. This time Scatlett applied my colour under the direction of Charlotte and its just gorgeous.
