It was not busy and it still took along time to get orders out. 45 minutes for a chicken sandwich and it was over cooked dry served with cold French fries. 15 minutes wait for draft beer that was either not the beer we ordered or came out of a keg that sat around too long.

My very first time stepping into this establishment for a door dash order. It was pre ordered before I arrived. It was a six piece wing order. And I sat at this place for a half hour. Trying to get this customers order to them. Finally had to cancel order for customer. After a forty five minute total wait time. I will never take another order from this establishment and will never step foot into this particular place ever again. I don't even believe it deserves one star.

Went to a friend's birthday celebration. Our waitress, was wonderful. Accommodating, attentive, and quick. A child from another party spilled a large glass of liquid directly behind my chair. It took about 8 minutes for it to be sectioned of, then another 15-20 minutes for it to be cleaned. Drinks are significantly watered down. The fish tacos I ordered were good. Tv's at every possible angle if that's something you want.

Lauren was the best server. We never wanted for anything, she was always prompt to get new drinks and gave us the best flavor for wings. Her personality is a ten. I live in Boston and will be back just for her amazing service and knowledge of Star Wars.. Hooters is lucky to have her!

Went to Hooters for dinner tonight. Our server was Emma, and she did a great job!! She was very attentive, quick and all around great service from Emma. Will definitely be back.

Decided to stop in at Hooters in Shrewsbury and it did not disappoint. My server jess was very personable, kind, and was always on top of everything. The food was satisfying. If you go in make sure you ask for jess, she's the best.

Update: Went back to see if it was any better. Nope, it was worse. Cold food. It was gross I use to give 5 stars. But now this store is like a training facility. I bring my family in there and we tip 40% or I should say we used to when the waitresses were topping off drinks and being interactive. Now its more like 15%. They take drink order, drop off drinks, take food order, then they're gone. No refills without hunting them down. Normally sitting with some old man somewhere. Food takes FOREVER! and finding them to get the check is ridiculous. We leave asking why we even went back. Now we go maybe every 2 months instead of weekly. The wings are that good.

Normally a good place to go out with some friends and talk. This time the T.V.'s were so loud you couldn't hear your own self talk. I am hoping this was an anomaly and not the new normal.

Can't beat this place. Food was much better than expected, came out very fast and sports on TV everywhere you look. Must be 50+ tvs.

Wish I can give 0 to this place the waitress was extremely rude when I told her I didn’t like my drink, first she bring me the wrong one and the second one i didn’t like it, so what? I’m supposed to pay for something I didn’t like it? Nope!! She told the manager and he came over to ask, I told him the same thing and he was rude as well, food was disgusting too much salt on the fries and the chicken tenders super dry, when we was done with the food she ask if we want the check, like did I ask you for it? Nope and then at the end when we finally ask she bring it with an attitude, please don’t spend your money here. The place was literally empty and when we ask for something she took forever, her name is Sienna by the way. :)

Just had a few beers. 2nd time I've been there. The first time was great. Second time was ok. It all depends on the waitress you get. They're all beautiful girls trying to make a check. It's just some have personalities and some don't

We were there for about 6hrs at the same table and spent over $1500 for my 20yr work anniversary party. A belligerent patron threatened a member of our table calling him outside to have a fight all over 1 of our guys being slightly in the way for people to get bye to go to the bathroom. Hooters Management solution was to move us from the assigned seating they had originally given us for this party and did nothing to the loud mouth. We left. Not much appreciation for our business.

My wife and I spent a few hours there today and I have to say that the bartender (Brittany) was phenomenal. I have been to a lot of bars in my sixty plus years and she definitely rates in the top five. She was on top of her game with a great attitude. I imagine bartending or serving at Hooter’s isn’t easy but she didn’t let it get to her. She was tipped accordingly.

The attention to food presentation has gone down a but, dry wings... Etc... But the service and cleanliness is fantastic... Laura, our bartender, 👍🏼 👍🏼, two thumbs up! (Shrewsbury)

Love these wings. Was there during the world cup so it was hopping. Great atmosphere to be sure. Restaurant was clean and the service was good even though they seemed to be a little short staffed.

Not one of our best Hooters experiences. New waitress trying too hard with no help from management. The place felt down. Kitchen messed up our wing order (twice... not the waitress fault). We offered to take em home at a discounted price but management would rather throw em out (at no $) than sellem to us....twice. This location sucks.....

We went there for the Celtics game and everyone had a lot of fun

The hot sauce is little to me desired. Way too much buffalo sauce and the taste isn't great. The wings themselves are probably fine without the sauce, so if I ever do go back i will get them without the sauce. Also got the chicken Caesar salad. The Grilled Chicken portion was okay, the dressing was little to be desired.

Love this place. Plenty of beer on tap. Great family environment. Kids meals. Check out their All You Can Eat Boneless Chicken Tenders special on Thursday's. Many flavors to choose from. Too many to list here. Go to Hooters now and eat them yourself!

The food was delicious. Had the Daytona Style, Buffalo Mild, & Chipotle Honey wings (20 piece). No complaints on service and or food. As to the atmosphere it was extremely loud due to the volume of the speakers. Had to basically yell while ordering my food and talking to my partner who was sitting across from me at the table. I understand that the Celtics were playing but still I would have recommended a balance. I would have like to talk and be able to hear my conversation.

This place went downhill fast. Last 3 times in there it was horrible. Food comes out cold and takes forever. How's that possible when there's hardly anyone in there. How could a waitress not bring hot food out? There was 6 waitresses and hardly any customers but none of the waitresses knew who was our server so we laughed and left. We went to Buffalo Wild Wings and love all the different sauces.

Food was terrible, too much salt, not that great. Service by the staff was ok, not their fault the food was awful. I would never go there again, gross.

One of the best hooters I have ever been to. Wings taste real good. Service is quick and the waitresses are very attentive and attractive.

Food is always fresh and delicious. You should try their lemon pepper chicken wings and fried pickles. Try fried pickles with tangy sauce, trust me these feel like heaven. Sometimes you will not feel the flavor of sauces inside the chicken wings but otherwise they are really delicious. Many options of drinks are available. Staff is always helpful and polite. I would like to visit again.
