We had a problem with our tandem. The mechanic and the rest of the team were amazing. It took some time to fix but now sorted! A first class bike shop. I highly recommend it. We made it to John O’Groats thanks to your repair. Many thanks Simon& Deborah

We had a great experience with Trek Shrewsbury. We travelled from Derby as it was the closest store that did the bike I really wanted in the colour I wanted, in stock, unfortunately when we arrived the bike was slightly scratched in a couple of visible places which was disappointing having travelled so far, however the Manager there was brilliant, he went out of his way to arrange for a brand new bike to be made up at another store for us to collect the same day, this did mean travelling more than the same distance again but we were compensated for this, great customer service, especially as I'm never one to complain. I really love my new bike and wouldn't hesitate to shop here or recommend to a friend, thank you Trek Shrewsbury :-)

I've always liked Trek bikes. I had my first Roscoe 7 in 2020 so I wanted another as the opportunity arose. It wasn't so difficult this time actually getting a bike. So I ventured to Trek Shrewsbury... Spoke to Will on the phone. Told him I was on my way and said he'd do his very best to sort out what I wanted. Arrived at the store... spoke to him again. He was polite, courteous and well versed in his knowledge. I asked him some questions and he gave me some vital information. Really went out of his way to help me out. With the transaction completed, it required tubeless setting up, so I wondered round Shrewsbury for a bit. Came back later and everything was ready. I had some difficulty with the saris bone bike rack as I've never set it up on this car before. Will continued to help me, put the bike in the bike rack the best way possible, provided some foam and cables ties to prevent swaying and damage to my car. Honestly... the best customer service I've received for a long time. Will had knowledge, time and patience to assist me as much as possible. I have no problems shopping there again. Much appreciated Will and to all the team at Trek Shrewsbury.

Great staff at the Shrewsbury store, Simon was very patient and spent time explaining the various models which were suitable for my intended usage. I was lucky enough to rent a power fly whilst on holiday which confirmed my choice. I again contacted Simon who sourced my bike and contacted me when it was in stock (1 week) . The handover was undertaken by Will who again was great again explained everything and made sure the bike was set up for my height and weight. Trek fx4 hybrid. This bike has a ridge on the rim, about 1 mm below the tyre and that protrudes about 1 mm. On a long ride on a national cycle route this ridge cut the tyre and the tyre exploded. I took it into Trek Poole. Alex said that this would happen again with a slow puncture. But did nothing else. Others may be injured. Trek need to recall these wheels. Tubeless ready wheels. They cut the tyre. Ask Alex at Trek poole for pictures of the cut rim and the sharp ridge that cut the rim. Trek are allowing people to cycle about on dangerous rims. My tyre exploded. Trek need to recall these rims.

On a recent cycle trip to Wales I called into this Trek shop with some bike issues. The staff could not have been more helpful, they sorted my bike out(due to an excellent mechanic) within a few minutes. While I waited I was given a cup of coffee. I recommend this sore to anyone.
