👍👍 Great place to learn more about Bulgarian history and culture. You can see examples of the early Bulgarian signs written in Bulgarian from 9-10 century AD. I would recommend that visit the museum first then the ruins of then town. And do get a guide. Worth the visit!

😐 Came here just few days ago (winter time) and from my photos - it’s not as great during summer but definitely a great place to have a walk especially in summer as it would be more bright and colourful coz of the trees and flowers.
