The best place to stay n fully hospitality staff...nice.

It doesn't exist. We pay an amount of money through an app to order two rooms. But when we reach the location we find no Capital Hotel but other hotel with different name and our order doesn't apply to them.

I arrived at this place and they told me that they have rooms with 300k per night but when I told them that i already had booked the room through Agoda they told that they are full.

You should be careful if you want to book this hotel on an online site or on an official site... Incidents like I've been all the way from Uluwatu to Denpasar.. turns out the hotel refused and said there was no longer any collaboration with the online site. It's better if you really want to stay here, come to the hotel directly

Expensive, because the facilities provided do not match the price. At night, there are children or relatives (teenagers) who own the villa who come to the mini bar and swimming pool until late at night bringing their friends and it's very noisy. I as a guest felt disturbed. I wanted to use the swimming pool in the end but didn't because I saw a lot of alcohol and loud music in that place.
