The interior is grandiose, yet the service is terribly carried. I had an appointment but the technician was just starting with another customer when I arrived. She was working on 3 to 4 customers including me all at once.. and was willing to recieve more! No attention. No quality. Her filipino assistant is basically the one who did my hair. They wasted 2 whole hours of my day with their lack of efficiency and greed. I had to cancel other appointments on my schedule.. They also gave me a vague price and shocked me with an unreasonable one at the door. Mrs. Nadia, who recieves customers and creates their bills is just on a different level of rudeness. Their attempts to suck more money from a customer is just pathetic. Your hair will look nice and acceptable, but you'll go through hell for it and money doesn't measure to value at all. Not worth it.

I like shankool and she did a great job with my hair. However I paid 25 kd for a hair cut but that's okay but keeping me waiting for an hour was not okay specially that I had an appointment booked Basically for a hair trim it took an hour 40 minutes... that was a waste of my time

Place is elegant but For a very basic hair cut 💇‍♀️ and a blow dry the cost was 32 kd ( 23 hair cut plus 9 blow dry) no clear list of prices anywhere and they don’t inform you about their prices in advance

A fancy salon in the heart of Salmiya. I tried the mani- pedi option and that was quite contending. They charged me 10 KD for a normal meni-pedi which I felt was reasonable. Definitely hygienic, well planned and trained staff offering great senses to the eyes. A more prominent Arabic speaking staff catering to affluent Kuwait residents. Definitely expensive but hosts the worlds best brands. Worth a visit.

Very nice & professional salon with many services. I had a very good experience there. Ot is on the pricey side though but luckily they go through the bill before any service to avoid any surprises. There is parking infront of the salon. If you do not find parking there you can park near the Ballroom area and walk (about 2 min walk through the park). They keep an electronic file on you so if/when you return, they know exactly what service was done & what product was used. Try to avoid during the weekends though. It gets super busy! All in all, a very good salon 👍

The largest and by far the best salon in Kuwait! Outstanding services and fabulous interiors. Walk-ins are usually acceptable and the waiting time is not long.

This is much better branch than Shaab. I did facial, which was amazing. My skin felt soft, clean, glowing. I have sensitive rosacea skin & typically facials aggravate my condition. But not here, the technician did a great job. Also hair treatment is amazing. The scalp massage, although short, is so relaxing & my hair feels super soft & clean. I recommend & i would go again. Parking is right in front of the salon & it is spacious although it does get crowded.

I’m a member in their AquaGym , I love it because their swimming pool is outdoors, so its so much fun to workout and have a tan at the same time ♥️
