I booked an appointment for 7pm and they close at 9pm when I got there, they told me next time book earlier...I got my nails done and to be honest they did a poor job plus the lady doing my nails was complaining the whole time about how late I was and how tired she is.

The worst experience ever. My finger was cut and they showed no remorse for the bleeding. Definitely not worth the money. When we reached there, they over charged us saying that the services were excluded and added additional 5 kd for removing gel nail polish. Additionally, they did not soak our hands in any water or soap before manicure! Worst!!!

My favorite salon in Kuwait for nail acrylics! I love acrylics and the sound it makes when drumming my nails against a hard surface, but finding a salon that won’t have me walking out with thick, fake claws is a hit or a miss. This salon gets it right every time! The nails are thin, yet strong. Shaping and filing is great and they also have creative nail art. Staff is super friendly and pleasant - which is very important, since a full set or refill could take up to 2 hours or more.

Good service. I do gel/Shellac, and it lasts long enough for trips. The place is clean and organized. Workers are experienced and fun to be around.

My first experience was okay. The ombience it cute; recommended to have more comfortable chairs for pedicure. It's a bit pricey, especially for a basic pedicure that doesn't come with hot towels and stone. Nails are beautiful, but you just have to be specific on what you want.

This salon is absolutely amazing! Everything the ladies do here is beautiful and I always leave feeling extremely happy and satisfied. Never once disappointed and I keep recommending this place to everyone!

The lovely ladies at Element salon know how to pamper you and are very careful to give you all that you want! I recommend the aloe Vera hair treatment; it left my hair so shiny!
