I
prepaid
for
two
services
and
when
I
called
the
receptionist
shoba
she
was
extremely
rude
and
nasty.
They
promised
to
call
Me
back
confirming
a
day
for
the
appointment
but
they
never
did.
When
I
called
her
up
the
next
day
she
denied
the
fact
that
she
was
the
one
who
answered
my
call.
Then
she
made
an
excuse
that
I
might
have
called
her
up
in
the
evening
and
that
is
the
reason
she
didn't
call
back.
I
informed
her
that
I
called
her
around
12
pm
.
When
she
ran
out
of
lame
excuses,
instead
of
apologising
she
became
abusive
and
said
that
she
doesn't
care
because
Im
not
her
boss.
Finally
when
I
managed
to
get
hold
of
one
manager
called
Ashish
to
complain
he
assured
me
that
the
problem
would
be
solved
and
that
a
similar
incident
would
not
be
repeated.when
I
inquired
from
him
if
I
can
refund
my
money
back
he
refused,
which
by
law
is
illegal
btw.
Finally
I
managed
to
get
an
appointment
through
him
for
a
pedi
and
mani.
At
the
time
of
the
incident
I
wrote
a
review
on
Facebook
regarding
this
matter
specifically
stating
that
the
issue
was
with
their
customer
service
and
the
receptionist
in
charge
not
with
the
salon
staff.
Infact
I
even
mentioned
one
girls
name
who
I
liked
very
much
as
her
work
is
pretty
good.
Since
this
guy
Ashish
assured
me
that
there
wouldn't
be
other
issues
I
called
him
up
today
today
month
after
the
unpleasant
incident
took
place,
to
make
an
appointment
with
this
specific
girl
that
I
usually
go
to.
shockingly
this
man
Ashish,
started
an
argument,
sarcastically
wanting
to
know
as
to
why
I
had
written
a
bad
review
on
Facebook
about
them.
I
have
specifically
stated
on
my
first
review
that
the
issue
was
their
customer
service
not
about
the
beauty
service
they
provide
.He
kept
trying
to
pick
a
fight
with
me
insisting
about
the
bad
review
that
i
had
written
on
Facebook.
I
was
quite
flabagasted
by
his
stupid
behaviour
that
i
hung
up.
I
dont
need
to
explain
myself
to
him
or
anyone
else
for
that
matter
because
it
was
their
fault
from
the
very
beginning
and
no
customer
would
tolerate
such
stupidty
from
anyone
The
audacity
to
question
the
customer.
Instead
of
improving
their
customer
service
they
make
the
customer
feel
as
if
we
are
at
fault.
The
good
reviews
are
written
obviously
by
their
own
people
or
their
own
staff
because
I'm
pretty
sure
that
many
customers
are
facing
similar
issues
with
them..
The
entire
team
handling
customers
are
lacking
good
manners,
very
unrefined
and
unpolished.
This
behaviour
especially
coming
from
a
team
thats
handling
a
so
called
spa
is
honestly
strange.
