Dirty place beyond description. The towels used were very dirty. When I entered, I was not introduced to the treatment. Suddenly, she told me to relax and put cold cotton on my eyes. I was surprised that the oil used on my hair was used on the client who was before me ، When I asked her about the source of the oils, she told me that it is disposed of immediately after each customer, but when I see that, she put it back in a large dish and it is heated and used on other customers. Their justification is a kind of Indian treatment. If I want to remove it fromhair, I have to pay 4 dinars to be washed , The used towels again are very dirty. When I asked to speak to the person in charge, they tried to evade me and speak in Hindi until I gave up and left the place.

I prepaid for two services and when I called the receptionist shoba she was extremely rude and nasty. They promised to call Me back confirming a day for the appointment but they never did. When I called her up the next day she denied the fact that she was the one who answered my call. Then she made an excuse that I might have called her up in the evening and that is the reason she didn't call back. I informed her that I called her around 12 pm . When she ran out of lame excuses, instead of apologising she became abusive and said that she doesn't care because Im not her boss. Finally when I managed to get hold of one manager called Ashish to complain he assured me that the problem would be solved and that a similar incident would not be repeated.when I inquired from him if I can refund my money back he refused, which by law is illegal btw. Finally I managed to get an appointment through him for a pedi and mani. At the time of the incident I wrote a review on Facebook regarding this matter specifically stating that the issue was with their customer service and the receptionist in charge not with the salon staff. Infact I even mentioned one girls name who I liked very much as her work is pretty good. Since this guy Ashish assured me that there wouldn't be other issues I called him up today today month after the unpleasant incident took place, to make an appointment with this specific girl that I usually go to. shockingly this man Ashish, started an argument, sarcastically wanting to know as to why I had written a bad review on Facebook about them. I have specifically stated on my first review that the issue was their customer service not about the beauty service they provide .He kept trying to pick a fight with me insisting about the bad review that i had written on Facebook. I was quite flabagasted by his stupid behaviour that i hung up. I dont need to explain myself to him or anyone else for that matter because it was their fault from the very beginning and no customer would tolerate such stupidty from anyone The audacity to question the customer. Instead of improving their customer service they make the customer feel as if we are at fault. The good reviews are written obviously by their own people or their own staff because I'm pretty sure that many customers are facing similar issues with them.. The entire team handling customers are lacking good manners, very unrefined and unpolished. This behaviour especially coming from a team thats handling a so called spa is honestly strange.

Poor customer service, staff is rude, don’t know how to handle the customer when the customer complains for poor service, and if the customer wants to go back to avail the services considering the initial phase good relations, do not get proper response, they make the customer believe that the fault was from the customer side and not because of poor quality service provided by their staff. Would never ever recommend this place to anybody for sure

The reception woman was followed me to inside the salon and didn’t let me use the spa bathroom (I was there to do massage and needed the bathroom before the massage) she asked me to use the yoga bathroom which was very dirty and far. When I asked her about the reason she lied and told me it’s out of service! When I checked by myself it was not! And her way how she was following me was strange and rude! Who she think herself is? I didn’t talk with her because if I talk I’m sure i will fight with her! I’m waiting when she left the place so i can come back regularly! Inform her how she should treat customers! If she have problems out of her work she most separate it in her work. Where are the old professional reception ladies?

I joined Ayur Yoga Gym 7month back and I enjoyed their gym services because of their overall facility, good equipments, friendly trainers and a great environment. Their daily workout is an amalgamation of weights, strength and resistance training which helped my body to get in shape, tone, increase stamina and reach my ideal goal. Their qualified trainers extend guidance and push you to the limit in the best possible way making the workout enjoyable I’m certainly satisfied with my experience at Ayur Yoga !

The best Yoga experience I have come across till date. I have attended many yoga classes earlier but the way teaching is amazing !He ensures that there are sufficient rest phases after every asanas and is also very careful about our individual health issues. I think for me It's a great gym. Trainers are helpful. The gym is clean and hygienic. They keep sanitizing machines and equipments time by time. Last but not the least, the machines are really good plus they have open space to workout as well which really provide me more satisfaction

A unisex saloon with a good team to serve you. The guy is so good with his skills and welcoming behavior that I took the membership on my first experience itself. If you're visiting during the weekends do take appointments as it is mostly packed, weekdays are sometimes fine for walk-in. The place is clean and maintained. They accept payments via UPI and swipes. Good parking space, easily accessible and visible in traffic. Members get discount on each service.

worst service, spilled boiling steamer water on my wife. very unapologetic unprofessional staff. After hair spa, hair got even more tangled without repair.

My wife and I have been using this Treatment Centre as an annual feature for over seven years, during the winter months. We usually take a seven days treatment course comprising of oil massage. We find the treatment to be very rejuvenating and wholesome.

I was there a week back with a colleague . It was a relaxed start with smooth appointment process, the reception staff was soft and polite,I was blown away by their hospitality. Very skilled massage and excellent therapist.

Came here and got the back/shoulder/neck massage. Had sore muscles between the shoulder blades from surfing for 4 days, which I explained, and the masseuse made sure to concentrate on that area and make sure by the end some pain was alleviated. Very happy.

I’m a very difficult person to relax; I left the massage lady feeling lighter and more extremely relaxed. I haven’t have such a wonderful experience in over 10 years. some places I won’t schedule for a follow up if their service wasn’t to my standards. AYUR YOGA KUWAIT is my new place for most of my female needs. I scheduled my next appointment with them prior to leaving. I gave 4 stars for the services I have to go other places for. Hopefully they add more services. Respectfully, Very happy customer

Female Relax massage was a disaster, there wasn't even 1% massage during the session, the lady just keeps pouring oil on the body as if you are in a oil tube and keeps spreading it. Utter nonsense and waste of money. Not worth a visit again. I do not recommend this place to anyone for a massage.

Must say that they have one of the worst and very unprofessional management. They treat their customers like they are doing some favor to the customer by taking their money and giving worst services. They are actually ruining the name of India, since Indian organizations are known for their best customer services but they are just an opposite to that. Will request everyone to avoid such people and such play specially there salmiya branch

ITS ACTUALLY A TEN STAR. Ayur Yoga is one of the best health and fitness centre i have found in Kuwait. The staffs are highly dedicated and commited to wjat they do. I have taken various services like oil massage salon facilities and gym facilities. The workout trainer trains according to your body requirements. I had severe ingrowing nail issues that i found it difficult to even wear my socks, but just one session of pedicure relieved my pain... If it is to explain the benefits i got after visiting Ayur Yoga, it will go on and on and on....Overall i would highly recommend ayur yoga to everyone who awaits a healthy lifestyle..
