A great store located conveniently in the Boulevard Mall. As is the case with Sultan Centers all over Kuwait, the Sultan Center provides a wholistic shopping experience to the consumers. With products ranging from fresh and quality groceries to household products, school accessories, clothing and travel accessories, the Sultan Center truly acts as a one stop shop for consumers. The products on sale are of the highest quality and the service rendered by the staff is appreciable. The Sultan Center puts up amazing offers on various products from time to time. The fact that it's located in the Boulevard Mall makes it all the better for you to go shopping on weekends, with a visit to the Boulevard Park an added attraction.

Service became unprofessional at all . Casheirs are slow . No packaging labour . No assistants to ask during shopping . The groceries section has nobody to resve you Overall experience regret every time i go there

Quality, fresh articles. Make sure you find the underground parking. Lovely choices of bread, hot mustards, cheese and charcuterie, a place where you find things you used to eat back home.

Terrible. Never enough checkouts open. No more than half of all the available checkouts are ever open, no matter how busy it is. Management are clearly totally uninterested in the long queues of customers waiting to check out, presumably because they do not want to pay for more staff to work on the checkouts. I will never go to this store again.

I want to acknowledge and say a very big “thank you” to the person(s) who found and returned my wallet. I was quite upset when I found I had lost my wallet and upon initially checking with TSC, to be told the wallet had been received and kept it in lost and found. To my great relief and surprise honest soul had found and returned my wallet. My wallet hold my cards, but also , blue discount card and insurance card. The person(s) who returned my wallet and for Sultan staff thank you so much highly appreciated. Your kindness will be paid forward whenever possible.

I went shopping at around 2 am! The place is huge and has everything I needed but the problem is that I couldn’t find a single employee to guide me through the place! And there are no price tags on half the products in the store! So BE CAREFUL!!

I don't understand why tsc doesn't add more cashiers. It is always crowded. And, of course, finding a trolley is another adventure.

If you are a "sultan centre" fan, this branch is one of the best. It is big, contains almost everything you need in terms of groceries and home essentials. It also contains an electronics shop store inside. Parking wise, it has an underground parking which rarely gets full.

This is near to my home that why its easy access to me to busy any thing at any time . It's located in salmiya black 10 it has a beautiful park with a natural beauty. play ground for kids,

TSC has a really great selection of items not available at other hypermarkets. There were quite a few items on sale too. Non-discounted items are priced slightly higher than other retailers though. A good place to do your weekly shop.

(Extremely Disappointing Experience at Markt: Terrible Attitude from Manager and Cheese Department I recently visited Markt, expecting a pleasant shopping experience and quality service. Unfortunately, my encounter with both the manager and the cheese department left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. From the moment I entered the store, I sensed an unwelcoming atmosphere. The manager's attitude was nothing short of appalling. When I approached the cheese department with a simple inquiry about their selection, I was met with dismissiveness and a complete lack of interest in assisting me. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for either the manager or the staff. Furthermore, the behaviour of the cheese department personnel was equally disgraceful. he tell me I am not working here ??!!!!! As a customer, I expect a certain level of respect and courtesy when I patronize a store. Unfortunately, Sultan Centre failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer service. The negative attitude displayed by both the manager and the cheese department staff created an unpleasant shopping environment that left me frustrated and disheartened. I sincerely hope that Markt takes this review as an opportunity to reflect on their shortcomings and make improvements. Treating customers with respect and providing knowledgeable assistance should be fundamental principles of any reputable establishment. Until these issues are addressed , In conclusion, my encounter with the manager and cheese department at Markt was extremely disappointing. The lack of professionalism, indifference, and dismissive attitude exhibited by both parties were unacceptable.

Good for shopping different items, no much bakery vanities, good variations of vegetables and fruits, also limited cleaning & bath items. It's 2 floors , the ground you will find vegetables, fruits, dairy products, bakery, and all cooking supplies while the 2nd floor you will find cleaning & bath supplies, also xcite electronics opened there. The major issue for which i don't recommend this store, that it's always very very crowded with less cashiers so you can wait for ever in the line waiting to pay 🥲

Terrible management , never any trolley available to enter the shop, long queues at the till with very few cashiers even at peak time. Put me off shopping there for good . Rather go across the street to City Center. Even tried looking for the store manager to pass some feedback but to no avail . He is hiding in some office I bet!

This place is the biggest sultan center branch in kuwait The place here is really arranged and tidy People here are clean and helpful The products here are really high quality with very reasonable prices I advise everybody to buy from sultan center because it’s really safe! You can buy home stuff, like food, beverages, electronics and appliances!!

A nice supermarket in a nice location with ample parking, well set with great produce, variety of products and a lot of promotions. Was impressed with the prices on a few products and the promotions available. Will return for sure

A much fresher selection of fruit and veg than Salwa and they restock around the clock. An amazing selection of items. Sadly they have really hiked the price of meat recently. There is a refae inside as well. An xcite upstairs and a well known date shop. They have a good selection of pet food, litter, and house supplies including pots, pans etc. At the moment they have extra back to school stuff. The shelves are laid out logically and you can usually get what you need without having to backtrack. It would help if the shelf stockers didn't block the aisles though. Have switched from Salwa TSC to this one because the fruit and veg are fresher here

A big branch of sultan inside the boulevard mall. You can buy groceries, fruits and vegetables, household items, toys, animal food and many more. There is a branch of xcite electronics inside , and an underground parking is available that takes you directly to the supermarket. Some cashiers at this branch need to be trained more though.

Good for daily groceries, some items are missing, and it's pricy.

Love shopping at TSC !!! The helpful staff, cleanlines and most importantly everything is available. Also they have some products you won’t find at any other super markets.

"How do we rate a supermarket?" I'm from a simple indian family and that means I only visit the mart when I have a list of basic groceries to buy. But I can say that the place is inside the Boulevard mall, so the crowd and general atmosphere, although simple, is still pretty sophisticated.

I enjoy shopping at all TSC branches. They got everything u need and the shopping experience is fun. Wish they could be more competitive with their prices though.

Nice place not so busy with many coffee shops and stores for clothes etc. The 2km walk is excellent with nice trees

It's probably my favorite TSC. Very clean and brightly lit. The aisles are more spacious than others and better organized. The shelves were well stocked and contained a lot of variety.

This place has promotions, less busy as the one on salam al Mubarak street. There is a sushi bar, great quality and prices.

A small outlet of Sultan Center, but with everything available. It's great to shop at this branch , as you have lots of other choices to visit once buoy are done here. Staff is very assisting. Fruits and vegetables are total fresh . As usual this outlet is also very clean and the products are nicely arranged, they always take Hygiene as a challenge.

One of the best branches of TSC in Kuwait, as it is well organized, and has a lot of varieties of each grossery item, in addition of being clean and neat. It is expanding over 2 floors, and importantly has a shaded parking lot below the market, which is an important feature not present in many other TSC branches in Kuwait

Its good place to shop or f food shopping supermarket however its not big enough there is other branch that is bigger or have alternative choice, in this shopping supermarket you can find imported items or organic products ,the packaging is very easy and available for free
