Very good and excellent location

This place have everything you need in Bodybuilding, CrossFit, Weightlifting or Endurance training like: 1- 2 Floors of weight lighting equipment, you basically never run out of things to do and most of the times none is crowded. 2- It has a decent pool, not the best but good enough to get the job done. 3- 2 squash rooms in the cardio floor and table tennis. 4- They have different programs in each floor like but exclusive to Aqua Fitness , Swimming and Cycling. 5- Community are very calm and they usually mind their own business (no trouble makers or thugs here) If you know what you are looking for this might be just the place for you.

A really like this place. Pros: it’s clean, tidy, begins to get crowded after 7pm, and lockers are free. Cons: It closes after midnight, and there is not a lot of parking in front of the gym. But there is an empty car lot about 100m from the gym.

Flex executives have the best tools you need, whatever your training needs are. And they are growing. Except that there is no Captains looking up the clients. No real follow ups. I think you have to be on oneOnOne subscription to get the attention you need. But the place as i see it is the best.

Great gym , walking distance to my home.has all the equipment needed for fitness journey .not crowded in early morning

5 floors that include swimming pool, Sauna, aerobics, spinning classes, squash, 2 big floors for weight lifting and 1 floor of cardio machines.. trainers are all very gentle and supportive... It is a very nice gym that I do recommend.

Front desk employees need a lot of training and some basic customer service & welcoming manners.

Poorly run gym. Very bad valet use it at your own risk. I lost my driver license because of the valet. Staff witnessed what happened and said they will sort it out. Despite many follow ups they didn't do anything or compensate me for the parking fine caused by the valet.

Great gym, amazing service, clean place, new machines, wide place

One of the worst gyms in Kuwait, the reason why I go there is because I'm 16 and there are only few gyms that allow 16 year olds in addition to that there is alot of room and I can actually breath, unlike the other gyms that I'm allowed to go to. But the mma floor is locked , so that's really bad. And its 69K.D per month.

Good choice for people living nearby. Clean nice place. Old equipments but functional.

Cleanliness No. 1 / my best club so far

I consider Flex fitness to be among the best health clubs in town. Good variety of cardiovascular and resistance machines. They tend to have multiples of the same machine which is quite unusual, but for the good of the club goers, they don’t need to wait to get a turn on their machines of choice. Flex schedules various fitness classes like spinning and circuits which are pretty alright for their respective audience. I haven’t tried the swimming and spa facilities but I guess they are ok from the look.

Dear all, If your reading this, please don’t bother going to this gym. It may have the facilities but at the end of the day the management needs to respect the client. The gym itself is named Flex fitness executive yet the services is very disrespectful, I just called front desk a while ago to simply ask them to call me back, I never got a call, after I called back again I asked why didn’t you call me, he said because he did not understand. I tried explaining but he did not even understand English. Dear flex fitness executive, After I asked for his name, he shut the phone on my face, why would you place someone on the front desk when the most basic language in the world could not be spoken, your clients are not just Arabs, it’s as if he wasn’t even trained. You have to assert some standards here, people get an sms about offers and then suddenly when we want to know about the offer this is the kind service we get ? I will make an official complaint. This is not acceptable.

Free towels returns back. Valet parking staff are more responsive. However elevator still slow. Thumbs up for positive changes

Management is very bad they don’t even listen to the clients. Flex used to be fine but now after re-arranging the machines places it got worse. Clients have tried a lot to speak with them but they don’t want even to listen! من بعد ما كان نادي جيد أصبح أسوأ نادي في الكويت بسبب ادارته ذات التعامل السيء.
