I was there for a total of 90 minutes all for a sick note. I waited for the doctor only to have people come in after me and go directly to his door after waiting 10 minutes to squeeze their way over the people who had been waiting. Be prepared to waste your time. Don't give this place your money or your insurance providers money. You can get alot better service in several other clinics and hospitals.

The worst clinic you visit. They can leave you waiting for hours and forget you in the waiting area and even docotor can leave without paying attention that there is patient waiting for him! Worst experience Also Doctor can ask you for monthly or sometimes biweekly follow up just to get more appointments and for sure more income, the check up didn't last more than 3 min!!!

Went from great to HORRIBLE! I loved this Doctor at first. He was very helpful and understanding in the fact that psychiatric facilities in Kuwait are expensive and provided the care and medications I needed in order to feel somewhat normal. Now that there is no stock. They asked me to check if there is availability for my medications or any potential replacement. After hours of searching all of Kuwait I found a potential solution and returned asking if they could write me a prescription but the Doctor turned completely unprofessional. I was already having a horrible week but he was completely void of emotion or empathy. Dismissed the fact that the pharmacist themselves recommended that substitute. And started making false assumptions about me and the objective pharmacokinetics of the medications. He then became completely aggressive towards my cry for help and walked out of the office on me leaving the door open for everyone to see me in a very vulnerable state. I trusted them with my history, my health and my wellbeing, and they completely used that against me. I feel violated. I would highly recommend that anyone suffering from severe anxiety or cPTSD to stay FAR AWAY from this clinic.

Lab puts a certificate showing that it's accredited by College of American Pathologists. However, the certificate is not valid anymore. Anyone can verify from CAP website

It’s been a horrible experience they’re not taking the phone calls seriously and take too long to give the pcr results compared to other labs horrible and I don’t recommend it to any one go to the German laboratory instead . International clinic is a very unreliable for pcr

I am changing my review to positive after receiving an appreciated call from the person in charge. Hard times come during Fridays especially if one employee is handling all the patients . I extend my apology to the employee I have complained against wishing his management find an improved way of handling traffic on Fridays. Lesson learned : never assume before understanding real causes behind someone's unrest . Salute

Worst experience ever today. If you felt any pain and you wanted to come for check up, and without appointment; you have to wait for an hour until your file comes. Why??? Because files are not available in the same building. As it seems they want to punish you for not taking an appointment.

A terrible experience with the GP! She’s rude and unprofessional. I had persistent symptoms for 3 weeks but she didn’t bother to listen and immediately started prescribing a cocktail of unnecessary typical meds. Waste of time and money.

Went in with a fever, congest, blocked ears, pink eye in both eyes, and a headache. I had a negative PCR test so decided to go get checked out. I saw a doctor I wasn't familiar with she was bad at listening. I explained my symptoms, and told her I had a negative PCR test she decided to do blood work. A wbcc and a crp. Came back that I had an infection. She refused me service and sent me home saying I had covid. I went to another clinc and it turned out I had hay fever from Italy.

Have long time of very bad experience with this clinic . Poor managment , unprofessional staf, poor perfomance . actually , visiting them is a waste of time . They live the chios . They are not organized .

Can't believe that the clinic is working full capacity, chairs are all filled with ppl sitting, no space between a patient and the other. Also a PCR room, checking for Corona beside a general practitioner room!!! I had a 4 year old kid, a husband with low immunity. I had to leave at once when I realized that?! Don't believe this is normal!!!!!!

Thanks Dr. Shaker (Gastroenterologist), he is excellent, very patiently collected all health history information, then he analysis and recommended for testing and provide medications. The reception team is very welcoming. Only issue with Lab department little neglect and they speak customer while looking into personal phone and not even advice what will be next step. One more important note IC have plenty car parking space.

Comprehensive place with all facilities may not have expert in all department but its good to go..

Dr. Amal Shamma works for the International Hospital, which is the hospital version of Internation Clinics. She is the BEST Pediatrician in all Kuwait for anyone looking for an American trained Arab American and fluent English and Arabic speaking doctor for their children. She's Lebanese and American and she's been here since I was a child. My mother trusted her with my case and I trust her with my childrens care. Thats what kind of children's doctor she is. I commend the people who managed to get a hold of her and praise the International Clinic group for recruiting her. This shows how much they care for our kids. Well done!

The service/doctors are alright, people in reception area FORGET TO INFORM about patients waiting for their appointments in the waiting area. Once, they made me wait for almost AN HOUR for a check up, just simply because the receptionist forgot to inform the doctor that I was waiting....awful organization/management and loads of miscommunication between receptionists and nurses that are supposed to inform about patients and the waiting times and turns.

I requested an appointment to remove a wisdom tooth today 6 sep 2018. 1 - I waited more than15 min to enter. 2- the doctor look on harry. 3- I had to make x-Rey twice don't know why! 4- the invoice was 130 KD which very very high 5- I waited 30 min in the pharmacy without receiving the medicine where the Dential medicine should be taken immediately! So I went out and purchased it from my pocket. I had very bad experience with the clinic and I didn't receive the value of the money Also I will never back again in addition of that I will raise the complain to the ministry of health.

Good availability of doctors. Dr I saw was extremely rapid and wanted to get the visit done ASAP it seemed. He was also complaining about things with his colleagues over a phone conversation which as a patient isn't nice to hear. When I went down to the pharmacy one of the guy was on his phone and took his time to get up to serve me.ive had better experiences. Wasn't the worst but had better in private hospitals like darushifa in hawally. Smaller private clinics like IC should consider providing 10/10 customer service. Smiling and giving that extra bit of time (which you are paying for) goes a long way

It's also a relief that they accept all major insurance cards, making it convenient for most. Moreover, there's ample parking space available around the clinic, which is a bonus. Don't bother making an appointment. Just show up as early as you can. They go by a first come first serve basis. The nurses do not announce names loudly when called, so make sure you are sitting/standing near the reception desk.

The consultation went very well, but have been trying to get in touch with the Dr for the past 4 days and the hospital just cant serm to get her to call me back. Inspite of repeated attempts at calling her during working hourse..middle of split duty ..after working hours..nothing works. Reception hands out the HR cheif tel number and there is no reply on that either. Extremely disappointing!

I would highly recommend this hospital if you have a private insurance. I recommend 2 doctors here: dr richard and dr Robert. In dentist: Mohammad Dhiab is also very nice. the bad thing is that they dont have enough staff for lab support on ground floor. poor recruitment strategy by hr department perhaps. it is much better than the metro clinic in Salmiya.

I had no problem while here. I just had to bring my passport, as I have no civil i.d yet. The reception team on the phone informed me of the cost and payment. When I arrived the reception team where friendly and directed me to the correct floor. I had some paperwork to complete and saw the doctor within 15 minutes of my appointment time and was seen and provided with treatment. They even let me comeback the next day as I forgot my doctors sick note for my employer. Very good clinic and Dr Imam Badawy and nurses are excellent.

Costumer service make u upset then they dont know slides even u have referral they tell u go der go there they cannot assist the costumer that in pain.....

For someone at my age the pill is not a solution is a life threat actually, didn't even saw correctly the eco cause i went to another doctor and i have a diagnosis now. This doctor shouldn't even be working there or hold a degree even. It's very sad this happens cause then is too late for the patients to solve an issue. She is there just to get money she has no soul or care about her patients
