This restaurant is big and cozy and offers multiple high quality eastern dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant for people looking for high quality restaurants with medium budget

Food quality falls short when some staff members, particularly the Lebanese manager, lack professionalism in customer interactions. Unlike their counterparts from other nationalities, the Arab staff's approach seems informal. Improvement in customer service is needed for a better dining experience. Will not dine in again. Their manager needs to learn customer service basics and to greet people respectfully! We are not visiting his house!!!!

One of my favourite Lebanese restaurants The place decor and colors are very nice The food is delicious diverse too ( grills.. rice. Mpastas.. pizza.. Steak.. Sandwiches..) Great choice for breakfast as well The shisha is really good too Desserts are really tasty You should also try the cold coffees The price is good compared to the portion The staff are always welcoming and friendly The service is great Totally recommended

The food is very good and delicious, and the restaurant is spacious and organized. The breakfast portion given for two persons is enough for three persons. The staff are very friendly but the restaurant needs to hire more staff as there weren't enough to serve all customers when the the restaurant was full and crowded.

The service were done in good manner by staff, the restaurant menu is on iPad screen, they have great selection breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can’t add in basket whatever you choose on iPad but you must point at it for waiter to write it down. Which is bit strange. The music is a bit loud here. (Tip) To get to the place you must only go through elevator to 3rd floor. It is the only accessible way to reach there.

It was my first time in Al Shorfa, the place is remarkable morning or night, food quality is extremely good, service is very kind and quick, staff are helpful and doing their best for you. I liked the food we order Ouzy, pasta white sause, shrimp & different appetizers all of them were very delicious only nachos i didn’t like that much. parkings are available downside the place, the view from there is very good they have a sea view which is very nice. Place is highly recommended specially their prices are reasonable compared to portions which they offer & food quality.

I was pleasantly surprised with the place as it was my first time. Went there on Friday morning with friends for breakfast. Large space, nice ambience and great food. Vikram, the waiter, made us special vegetable spicy omelette that is the best ever!! Loved the time we spent there!!

Great price.. we had the Shorfah breakfast (eggs, hummus, zaatar and cheese fatayer, foul, falafel, labneh, cheese ..) for a good price (7.500 kd). This meal is good for 4 to 5 people. The place is spacious and is indoors, no outside seatings. Quiet .. all in all a nice place.

I've seen this place for years but for some reason never managed to visit it. It's located on the top floor of Al Salam mall, with great views of the Arabian city and Salmiya city. It's a popular location for Arab families (especially during breakfast, where they serve a large breakfast platter for just 7.5 KD) As a non-smoker, my only quibble is that this place is more suitable for people who wish to relax and enjoy a shisha. I find the smoke irritating even though their ventilation system does a good job of keeping the smoke away from the non smoking area. The food is good and reasonably priced. Try their breakfast and the awesome Karak tea.

Always love visiting here. We get a group and go have sheysha and food and relax here. The service is great. The staff takes care of your needs. The sheysha is good not cheap. The view of the city is great and sunsets are awesome. If football is on the games are on all the TV. A lot of birthday parties here with fire sparklers. I wisit at least once or two times a month.

This place is simply the best, even when the place is full at the time of iftar, everything was delicious, the desert was fantastic, and the staff were professional and friendly.

Superb food and service. All Lebanese style food with a nice twist in some dishes. Some main courses tastes like made at home It is always the place to go to enjoy food, Shisha and the atmosphere

Very spacious setting and nice interior design. They even have a grand white piano if you fancy yourself playing (and you actually play the piano 😁). Cuisine is Lebanese mostly with some kids friendly items. They offer shisha as well. I did not either like or hate the food (it is of good quality and portion) as it tasted as most other Lebanese restaurants nothing special to this restaurant. I imagine even having better experience with less fancier restaurants. It is a good place for family and friends gatherings

I would give 5 stars because this is a great restaurant with great food, however, it seems they get a little unorganized when they get crowded. Management needs to do a better job in keeping up the good service in all situations. Best wishes.

The food, tea and coffee were amazing, Perhabs what I didn't like that it is meant for smokers, that's why it's only 4 and not 5.

It's a very nice restaurant. But it's expensive. Service is slow. The quality of the waiter is poor. For example, before we run out of food, your plates are taken without asking you. There was a lot of noise at the buffet iftar dinner. The food was nice and tasty.

A nice cafe on the third floor of AlSalam Mall. it's an open space with a varied Asian and international menu a nd serving shisha. they have one order of breakfast consisting of 10 dishes that can easily feed 4 persons and sold for 7.5kd. what an offer. it has anopen space with colored seatinwith one side is a step higher, and the interesting feature are the large glass windows where you can clearly see the outside.the prices are reasonable, food quality is great, and you can have take out, service was quick and easy. Definitely will go back. location very easy to get to
