Worst
management
team!
Making
very
bad
management
decisions.
During
sales,
they
intentionally
close
most
of
the
fitting
rooms.
When
I
went
today,
there
was
a
very
long
line
of
people
waiting
to
try
out
the
clothes
with
only
two
rooms
out
of
five
open.
When
I
asked
the
manager
(Sheryl
Asembrado)
to
open
the
remaining
three
rooms,
they
started
throwing
excuses
as
to
why
they
didn't
want
to
open
the
remaining
rooms.
First
she
mentioned
that
the
three
closed
fitting
rooms
were
full
of
clothes!
In
other
words,
the
staff
were
not
doing
their
job
of
removing
the
clothes
after
customers
tried
them
out.
Then,
she
mentioned,
that
since
it
is
sales
time,
they
have
too
many
customers
who
want
to
try,
so
they
keep
only
two
rooms
open!!
She
said,
customers
can
buy
things
without
trying
them
out,
and
if
they
don't
fit
well,
they
can
exchange
them!!
In
other
words,
they
are
trying
to
act
unethically
by
making
customers
buy
things,
and
then
they
would
only
have
the
option
to
exchange,
but
not
to
return
the
clothes.
When
I
argued
against
this
logic,
she
finally
said,
because
many
items
are
going
missing
when
we
allow
many
customer
to
try
them
out!!!
Which
is
the
worst
reason
ever.
Trying
to
prevent
customers
from
trying
out
clothes
is
not
the
solution
for
this
problem.
The
solution
is
a
lot
easier
and
only
well-organized
management
would
know
how
to
easily
control
it.
They
have
one
staff
member
counting
items
before
customers
bring
them
in,
and
counts
them
again
when
they
come
out
of
the
room.
Only
the
worst
kind
of
management
would
close
the
fitting
rooms
to
deal
with
the
issue!!
I
think
the
top
management
of
Centrepoint
should
train
their
managers
properly
to
make
ethical
and
good
decisions
supporting
the
customers'
experience.
