I had an amazing experience with Bhat Bhateni Super Store. The customer service was outstanding, and the product was exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from this Bhat Bhateni Super Store. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect item. I was very impressed with the quality of the product I received.

Spacious area for shopping experience. One stop for all shopping needs. Some items are cheap some are expensive, so for effective shopping compare your products with price with local vendors also. Outside vending Ice-cream was below average.

Later establishments of BBSM are spacious and good ones. Probably this one due to nearby highway feels lil congested but varieties are as usual elsewhere.

Not a big mall but yes it is okay okay .. cafeteria is over there ..

We can do shopping many things in one roof with ample parking space. It has clean environment too but staffs are not so helpful and eager to cooperate. Some of the staff has attitude problems too.

After started the grocessary market by Bhatbhateni Bhairahawa, it is attracting the customers not only from local. India too. All grocessary, cloths, shoes, furniture and many more can be found on same roof. The outside is also decorative however there is slightly congested on parking area.

one of the worst customer service I had today. They put price tags on things and change them on the counter saying that this is not the right price and arguing with the customer, which is not a good policy there. Haldiram was 10% off on RS223 but i got charged in Full. Feels like not going there again.

This is a new concept old already at this point of time. I suggest to keep world clash items and brands as I have been here many times but mostly I found 75% of items made in China and rest made in India. Hospitality and tourism is growing rapidly in Nepal too so they should think about it too.

It's pretty decent for a dusty, polluted and loud city that is literally a baking oven at 45°C on broad daylight.

Great variety and large selection of grocery and food items. Everything under one roof. Plenty of staff to assist. Not as congested as other Bhat Bhateni stores.

Perfect Shopping destination at Bhairahawa .. 5% discount provided in Grocery items.... Next to 6 lane highway with sufficient parking space.. Sales agents are very helpful and less crowded. Price of products are reasonable But some grocery items are old and all most unusable while it open. While you are in Bhiarahawa try to visit . Food court outside the store are clean and hygienic..

was very bad experience. I bought 2 jakets for my kids both defective and thousand rupees more than the market rate.You can buy a much better and cheaper jacket from outside market than that.even

Loved this place where i can expect each and every daily use material from low range to high and from small to big wide range of options and variety of brand starting from food grocery crockery utensils clothes footwear soft toys stationary items and many more . Have a good colection of electric appliances with better deal and offers. Wide choices of liquor items , It have a food court in the ground floor with variety of finger licking option.

I bought IFB washing machine 1 year back ,after 1 year there was problem in display and door lock. They said it was because of its place as I kept it in wash room . I agree humidity might be the cause . I called several times but charges of repair so high. The receipt what I received as repair was not of bhatbhateni. Still unrepair. Really disappointed with breaking trust.

You'll find everything there.... A lot of varieties to choose from... Also there is a restaurant for food and beverage..... I personally buy every household items from there.... I visit there once in every 3-4 weeks. Also there is free parking.
