Lovely staff but not enough if them. Whole place nerds a deep clean - when you charge three times more than local outlets for coffee & a croisant, yiu need to keep the place clean - minimum standard

The variety of Coffees is good, the coffee is tasety and the snacks are good, the music is chill. I'd recommend the place for students who wants a good place and chill to study while having a good hot/cold drink .

I would probably say that this coffee shop is a must for coffee lovers! The service was good, the staff was adorable and the variety of coffee served in the ambiance was very satisfying.

Since most of the people are using there laptops the environment convinced me to pull out my macbook and begin working immediately, I highly recommend this Starbucks, and only thing is that all of the tables are turning in a way you can’t have the table stable, you’ll need to visit to know what I mean 🙌🏼

I went many times because I live nearby and I love your coffee but The guy dark skin very bad service, he doesn’t know how to service at all, all of them never say hi to customer only show monkey face to customer like we are coming for free coffee, unlike hay Ryad branch they’re really good service and friendly, improve your service before losing all customers because of your staff

they have change the space, it is not comfortable anymore. i went at 9 am in the morning the place was so dirty flies everywhere. the people working there were nice and coffee was the same. but the space i prefer marrakech starbucks

Starbucks Rabat Agdal is my favorite Starbucks in Morocco. They have such a great service, good quality products and the staff!! The staff is amazing. Especially the guy working there called Achraf, he’s the kindest and most professional, he cares about his clients preferences, remembers all of the loyal clients names And always recommends new drinks. Achraf is so joyful and full of energy, and never disappoints you with his drink recommendations.

Today I went inside at 5pm and ordered a iced matcha green tea latte . The female that was prepared my drink did not put any sugar in it. It tasted absolutely disgusting that I had to return. You obviously put sugar syrup in it and it ruined my experience for this carelessness from this female employee.

Got two caramel frapuccinos was the worst i ve ever tried at starbucks , there was also a sting in the taste as if something was stored badly or went bad , plus the customer service was very disappointing, i dont recommend this branch at all ... waisted money .

A tranquil and nice cafe place where you can have different coffee experience. Also, I loved the staff. People there are lovely and multicultural. Best place where you can sip a cup of coffee. Highly recommended.

The staff are super duper gentle especially Youness and Hasnae, and the coffee is relatively nice. However, I am afraid that during summers it becomes extremely difficult to focus on anything with all the flies storming the place, especially when someone forget to clean up his place after being done, it just becomes as irritating as being in a dumbster. Regular coffeeshop with minimal standards do have fly light traps installed that solve this problem, it is a shame that they don't have it here.

I come here for the vibes! The way the staff is treating me, feels like home everytime I find Cherif, Hayat, Soundouss or Youness in the service. The experience has been worth it for years now ^^
