Camping Echrigui

Campground

πŸ‘ Firstly I think I cannot rate this campsite or any campsite in Morocco based on European campsites. Morocco is a different country and they have their own ways and rules. For instance they don't mind the grey water all over the place or the rubbish blowing around etc. etc. But what is disturbing is... People often mention clean, beach, campsite, water, staff, helpful, showers, camping,

Firstly I think I cannot rate this campsite or any campsite in Morocco based on European campsites. Morocco is a different country and they have their own ways and rules. For instance they don't mind the grey water all over the place or the rubbish blowing around etc. etc. But what is disturbing is that European vans think its ok to leave or open their grey water drain on their pitch. They also think it ok to leave the toilets in a mess and someone else will clean it. This is a small campsite with grass pitches that are fairly level. We spent 2 quite nights falling asleep to the sound of the waves and wakening to the rooster crowing. The Moroccan people are very friendly and this is a great stop on the way from/to the ferry. There are no hassle or hard sell in the Medina. The showers were hot and lovely. The toilets were clean only if everyone cleaned after themselves. The services were not like Europe. We dumped the black and grey waste. We did not take on water in our van as we are staying at campsites and plan to use our vans water for washing teeth, tea and cooking only. We plan to keep it topped up with bottle water. The town is close and the wild sea is just the other side of the wall. We enjoyed this stop and town.

Stay away! After 5 minutes out of our van we all wΓ€re invested by hundreds of fleas. Our dog needed to see the veterinaer! The sanitary facilities were horrible. Everthing is run down. Only the owner was a nice guy. Better park at the harbour parking lot for the night.

Fabulous camping site. Owner and staff are very helpful and pleasant. Good shop on site. Very close to an amazing beach. Town of Asilah is within walking distance. I highly recommend this camp and will definitely return 🌴

This camping has no relation with the correct concept of camping, I can dedcribe it as a small unstructured neighbor with very very rude kido who manage the place They oblige you to give your ID card to them to keep during the whole stay even if you have to travel to another city which is completely against the law. The camping beside is smaller but the managing staff are kind and helpful. However both are so dusty and crowded.

A very typical rustic Moroccan campsite in a great location with friendly and helpful staff. Toilet and shower facilities are basic but clean. Good electricity supply. Lovely interesting town nearby and an easy walk to the beach

Excellent campsite in a lovely town with an amazing beach. Only 4 stars as the toilets n showers are a bit dirty.

Nice, quiet campsite with friendly, helpful staff. The facilities are a bit old-fashioned but work perfectly. There are free hot showers and free wifi with good connection! Close to the beach and the Medina of assilah! I would recommend it. (2 people and a camper van 70 DH/day πŸ‘)

Very good, relatively speaking! Boiling hot showers, toilets are fine, although I assume most people don't realize one must flush with buckets ahah Welcome to Africa. Perfect location, quiet, friendly owner. 70dh for one camper and 2 pp. Ps. Toilets are clean if people who use them clean up after themselves. Simple concept.

It had been raining so a bit muddy but staff were laying sand to help. Close to beach and city. No WiFi. Didn't use facilities. Staff friendly.

Friendsly helpful staff, adequate motorhome pitches but very close together. Showers/toilet block clean hot water, 100Dr / night for MH+ 2 adults. Low voltage electricity not continuous. Good for town and beach access.

Crowded and too much noisy at night, you will not get the experience of camping there, better to get a flat to enjoy more.

Good and green campsite at the sea. With a little shop and restaurants in walking distance (Advice: Zahora restaurant). High humidity in winter at night because of the sea. Warm showers available but difficult to handle between ice cold and hot like hell. Price 78DH for two persons, a tent and two bikes
