Really enjoyed my meal. They have such a wide variety of items that you can choose from. The food was hot and fresh. Love those honey butter biscuits! The ladies working tonight were very helpful and friendly. The prices were very reasonable for the amount of food that you receive. No complaints!

Staff is never friendly, never seem to be willing to make what you want to order. Not sure if they are just overworked or what but customer service is about none existing. I don’t recommend this place.

If you want fresh chicken tenders, go across the street to Dairy Queen. If there are no tenders, you can wait and watch the two kids working the counter talk for a few minutes before addressing you, then after you ask if anymore tenders will be made say "I have to make some." HORRIBLE service this evening.

It would have more stars but they do get Greyhound buses in here. So sometimes there is a lack of product because of the rush of people from the bus. Add in the truckers as well. Their food is really good. It's hard for me not to get something every time I go to the truck stop

So many menu items not available and a long wait. 2 workers. I won't be back.

Rude and unprofessional employees. Horrible experience. Guy with tattoos should not deal with customers.

We were just at location at 5:30 today. There was no chicken except two wings and a few legs. No corn, no potatoes, nothing. I asked if they were going to have more chicken and they said 10 minutes but they were out of breasts. So we bought two legs and two wings instead of what we really wanted. Then we get home and our box contains ONE leg and two wings. Very young help and not apologetic at all and obviously can’t count.

We love our Chester's Chicken!! It's a special treat for us as we don't have Chester's Chicken where we live.
