Always a good place to hang out with friends. There are more options on how to order and I'll say it's quite fancy. The health protocol is done properly. Foods are always satisfactory. Well done!

Mc Donald's Sidoarjo have a good service. Their waiters always give customers a bright smile and a warm greeting before the customers order some food. In addition, their waiters also pay attention to the uniform they wear so it always look neat. Mc Donald's waiters always give customers greeting with both of their hands pressed together. But Mc Donald's Sidoarjo still can't fulfill customers's request. Because sometimes, they served our order wrong. For example, we ordered for chicken breast but they served wings. If the customers need something such as tissue or something else, we can just raise our hands so the waiters know that we need help. They will come to our desk quickly to help. When the customers come, they approach us politely while asking us to check our body temperature and open PeduliLindungi application to scan the barcode. At last, we give Mc Donald's Sidoarjo four stars as the overall rating because for attitude, posture, verbal and non-verbal, it's all good. But what they still lacking are the pacing and rapport.

Typical McDonald's with their wholesome processed foods. There's a second story which is nice. The parking space is spacious, easily accessible from tol gateway. Food is just standard McDonald's, cant comment much on that

This outlet is really dirty. lots of rubbish scattered on the floor, dining table not cleaned, air conditioning not cold. When You visit at lunch time, there is exactly like a traditional market.

it's McDonald's, what more could you ask? there is nothing wrong with the restaurant, the service, the food or the staff all are top notch but sometimes the customers can be annoying and didn't respect other customers. but who am i to say ? maybe from others perspective i am annoying too

Wow, the taste of the burgers is so bad compared to McDonald's in Europe (though it differs per country there too) hamburger buns are SWEET! the patties are dry and tasteless, veggies are not fresh. Their fried chicken is passable but nothing special. Considering their price I don't see the viability of McDonald's in Indonesia. You can get much better food almost anywhere.

Always sat on the outdoors because it is cold inside hihi. The security is really helpful and the staff are also nice.

Once I visited this place just for coffee morning. Located in the corner of Sidoarjo roundabout near Gelora Delta Stadium. I forgot the price of my iced coffee but I think it's so so. There's a space for kids birthday's celebration upstairs. Recommended if you stay near the location.

Mc Donald's in Indonesia is usually good especially when they have kfc style chicken in their menu. The service was ok but gets very busy at time though there are a lot of business meeting and normal people working on their laptop here. Grab a quick coffee/tea in the mcCafe.

Place very cozy and food is at their best rate. Don't go there when there is any high season, too much crowded.
