Room comfy, fresh, clean and tidy. Resto food is highly recommended, it's so delicious and tasty. Friendly staff all around from GM bu Eka dewi, FO team, back office team and FB, HK also ENG team, security team, all staff are friendly and helpful

The room is neat and clean but the beds are still small but Ok. The price is extremely good. The buffet for breakfast is good. I love the soup, cakes and juices. The staff is friendly.

Good hotel, the room is clean and minimalist. Breakfast is so-so, they try to give choice for food but the taste is usual. But its ok. Not bad in service but nothing so special too in this hotel. Wait they have good decor in lobby and restaurant area. Very classy and comfortable. Recommended

The location is good, and the room is big annd cozy. The staffs are very friendly, especially a guy that called Aries. Definitely will come again next time.

The hotel is very clean, spotless. Modern nowadays hotels. The room is very clean dan comfortable. Maybe a little soap bar would be nice beside the toilet. Another thing is the water flow from the shower was small, and was mild warm, not even close to hot. Breakfast was very good in terms of variety, but I cant say its very good in terms of quality. Chicken and fish was too dry. Other’s were just so so. Food quality is one of a hotel’s primary point. People talk about food all the time. Overall: its a great hotel! I would come back definitely.

I stayed in junior room. Great and big room, worth the money. In the day 2, I forgot to put my stuff at alley in front of my door, fortunately their staff save my stuff. The hotel has artistic and stylish interior too. The only minus thing is their bread option and taste in breakfast is so so

Visited to attend a seminar. The meeting room was ok but the AC is very very cold IDK why. The toilet is uncomfortable, I think it's because they have bad air circulation.

Actually the room, location were great i felt okay at first until discrimination happen. My last night of stay was degraded due to the parking service. They prefer to keep the free indoor parking lot for the event which would be held in the next day instead of the guest who stayed and checked out earlier next day to catch the earlier morning 5am (i said that to the security but they prefer to keep it for the VVIP event renter for next day. to be frank the car hasn’t been there yet loh baru besok datengnya jam 9 😌😌). ofc the event renter paid more than the staying guest hotel 😂, the guest can park outdoor.

The service was so good. My roommate was locked inside the bathroom and the technician came right on time and problem solved quickly. Still, a trouble like this shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Cozy and comfy place. No complaint. Everything good, but if u have little library or bigger Playground it would be best.

the location is quite strategic, however not a favorite for business trip who is very busy and arrive late at night as there is no 24hr room dining service (they close at 10pm). the room is very simple, but it's okay to try!

I had very nice stay here. The room clean also the bathroom, good location and service. Would like to give this hotel service 5 stars, the staffs are really helpful especially staff named Dhea. She helped me about my check in and advice me the attactions of foods nearby. Would recommended an definately comeback!
