Very nice and quiet place. Rooms are so spacious and clean. The location is excellent. The staff are amazingly hospitable. The service is great. The area is very nice where you can take a walk through the natural forest or you can buy whatever you want from the close by supermarkets. Food is really good and not expensive. You won't need to eat outside the hotel. The only down side is the toilets. They are smelly. Although they did their best to fix this issue but it wasn't resolved. They have hot water 24hr available. Bring your own shampoo because it's not provided. The shower curtain doesn't doesn't fit the shower area. So water will be all over the bathroom. W actually askes for a mop because it wasn't convenient to ask for someone to clean it everytime we took a shower. Although they were more than helpful. One more thing, the balcony is not safe. There is no fence. So you can't let your kids go there. The hotel has a restaurant, a play kids area(extra charge), and a swimming pool during summer. This was a nice and calm vacation. We enjoyed ourselves and so did our kids.

Dieses Hotel ist ein richtiges Dorfhotel, die Zimmer sind veraltet und stinken etwas. Mein Badezimmer war viel zu klein und die Decke schon mit Schimmel belegt. Mein Bett war schon total eingelegen. Das Restaurant und der Swimmingpool sind sporadisch eingerichtet und schon total veraltet. Trotz dieser Zustände ist das Personal recht freundlich. Internet ist vorhanden.

The swimming pool is reserved for women only till 5 PM. The toilets are uncomfortable and untidy

Amazing food and nice natural decoration, kids area should be improved, all ages play in the same area which increases the risk of accidents and should be more clean and need more adult supervision

It's kind of simple and modern, the service is good, the view is nice, and the swimming pool is perfect.

This Hotel was the best one I visited in the area, the satff and the manager was very helpful and kind to us, its near Saida and quite place. The cleaning was 100% and the room was amazing. Thanks and will be back to Lebanon soon.

Reef Zefta Hotel ist ein sehr traditionelles, einheimisches Hotel und Restaurant. Ich verbrachte mit meiner Tochter 14 Tage, und waren sehr glücklich. Das Frühstück und auch das Abendessen waren sehr reichhaltigen und richtig lecker. Auch das gesamte Personal überaus freundlich. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen. Und man hat 24/7 Strom und Internet!!
