DO NOT GO TO THIS RESORT!! Probably the worst experience i have ever had in any country ever! First of all the security guards wouldn't let us in, for some made-up reason.. we then figured out that the security guards just wanted money from us... After paying 100 USD, they finally let us in. Getting into the place it was a really bad service and we even experienced some of the security inside the resort trying to steal some of our stuff while we were in the pool. Absolutely horrible!!! If you are a turist - i say this with all seriousness. DO NOT GO!!!!

We arrived on a Sunday and we’re told we could not sit by the pool with our kids. This is our 7th trip on Sundays this summer and always use the small side of the pool with the kids. This time the pool side manager said “ no we never allow kids in this pool”! So a lying staff that’s rude at a resort we come to for the kids on a regular basis. Services in this place have worsened over the past 5 years horribly and it’s a shame because it has a beautiful beach.

Great place, great view, great service. Not a lot of food options, but definitely delicious and affordable comparing to most places. But the little shop at the entrance was overpriced. And the bathrooms weren't so clean. Either way, had a great time, but would definitely suggest to be careful with what u wear/bring with u, since u can't wear cotton to the pool.

Rude attitude from manager ! We came for the kids to have fun, turned out that the water in kids pool is freezing and they didn’t allow the kids to swim in any other pool !! Terrible experience and nobody cares !! Owners should know about all what happens there but seems they are not !

The service is terrible. My daughter wanted a pile and shaved. They charged me double the price on saying that the dollar went up but it was lies. It’s because my children were speaking English. My friend went a couple days later and asked and they told her half of what I paid. I do no recommend.

My favorite resort! It is big, huge green space, very clean. Pool is nice and the food is yummy. Sand and sea water super clean. On top of that, the staff are very pro and friendly.

A very beautiful place, the pool is amazing, the food was excellent (bit pricey but fair), the bathrooms and shower rooms were super clean

very poor service, overpriced for nothing, no privacy. i reserved a bungalow thinking it was for 4 people like we discussed on the phone, i misunderstood his definition of “sofa bed” because turns out it was just a normal sofa, and we had half the bungalow at that price 💔 they charge 50k for ICE and charged 15$ for an extra bed. the receptionist stopped answering at 12am, and when we ordered something it wouldn’t come all by once, they would forget to bring the full order. I’m so disappointed that we spent our money on such a resort. I feel like Laguava is the type of resort that overprices everything but underpay the staff because they don’t seem to be professionally trained even though they were sweet. On the bright side, the beach is really nice. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT FOR A NIGHT IN, EXTREMELY CHEAP.

Beautifully designed and spacy. The place is relatively calm compared to other places, food is good, waiters are ready to serve you at the beach/pool, the beach is crystal clear and clean.

Great beach club. Plenty sunbeds. You can have a rest at the sandy beach, or at the lawn, or near the pool. Bar in the pool, good food. Beautiful sunsets. Entrance fee 15$ friday to sunday , 10$ weekdays

The reception staff does not know about current promotions, gives incorrect information about the prices for bungalows and the entrance to the laguava territory. For example, the price of a bungalow per night was called 200,000 lbp by the staff, although in reality it is $ 215-225, and on entry day for ladies, staff charge 300 lbp entry instead of 150 lbp. The territory itself, the pool and the garden look wonderful and well-groomed, but we got an unpleasant impression from the unskilled behavior of the staff. Please train the staff properly and make information signs for visitors indicating promotions and current prices.

The beach is large so even when there are too many people around it doesn’t get crowded unlike the pool area. The kids pool is relatively small but adequate as it is not deep and all at one level. Food is good and the service is outstanding

We had this year the badest experience with the new management the rules are so strict like you are in the army evrything no we used to sit under the trees and order shisha like evry year this year they told us no and wen go to to my car like always i go from the door bihind kids pool they said its not allowed so what if i go its not a big deal because its near to parking plz fix your rules people come to enjoy not to argue with you

Absolutely amazing beach resort, must try

This is a big resort and beach club with plenty of different swimming pools, greeneries, sunbathing areas and a sand beach. The facilities are neat and tidy and there is enough space for different activities for all family members. Restaurants are available too for a variety of snacks and meals. The service was slow and the orders were not delivered accurately but we settled for what was given as it became tedious to keep waiting. The fact that they put some restrictions on the type of swim suits to be worn by women and the areas that can be accessed based on what they are wearing make it questionable if this can be a good choice for another future outing.

I went there with my friend coming from Spain to show him how cool are the lebanese private pools and beaches and was surprised to get rejected the entrance by a rule mentioning that 2 guys together are not allowed to enter without girls. I’ve been to the world’s most select places and never faced such a rule. What a shame and what a bad publicity you will get

We like the place because you can really relax during the weekend. The place is big to walk, relax and enjoy.

As a Nigerian who was visiting Lebanon for the first time , I felt welcomed. The resort is nice and quiet with a great view . The only issue I had was the wifi which wasn’t strong enough but apart from that , my stay there was great .

Ohne weibliche Begleitung keine Chance, im letzten Jahr waren wir mit Kindern 10 Tage dort, haben viel Geld dort gelassen, da war man gut genug, schade denn eigentlich ist es dort sehr angenehm , so vergrault man Gäste inkl. schlechter Mundpropaganda:-( waren als Familie 3 Männer + älteren Vater

Awesome, awesome place, spacious, clean didn't go in the pool but looked fun, beach and the sand are beautiful, the only thing I regret in all my visits to Lebanon is not finding it sooner, will be back next visit.

The place is v clean with beautiful landscape. Very nice adult pool and a big enough children pool. The sandy beach is amazing. Many available sunbeds where you cam sit bybthe pool or on the grass or overlooking the beach or on the sandy beach. The food and drink service is great but as many resorts around the food wasn’t that great. But I didn’t try the restaurant. The water in the showers was cold and my kids suffered. Very good overall experience and a must go place.

We had slow service on one of the days I was there and room cleaning need to up their game a little (floor and bathroom not cleaned properly). Putting these two points aside, I love everything about Laguava. We stayed in the sea view bungalow for 4 days. I loved it as much as my kids did. I will definitely be returning. Management is very friendly and so are the staff. It’s a beautiful resort and definitely an escape from reality.

Used to be one of my favourite getaways but the main pool became so crowded and there is no specified location for kids,they swim everywhere even near the pool bar.

Laguava beach was one of the best in Lebanon before, Unfortunately the service is going back, the food was at it’s worst, toilets not cleaned well, showering water is super cold (take kids into consideration at least ). Also the funny thing is that you don’t allow people to get food from outside and when they come into your shop to order, you say this not available and that not available and the result seems to be YOU choose for us what to order (actually what is available)

Laguava resort is unfortunately getting the worst service ever unlike before!!! No customer service and impolite workers!!!! No food availability, No Clean Bathrooms, … Why this Guys !!! You were good before !

Awesome quite place. with wide golden beach

overall it was a pleasant BUT: 1) we went for a swim and suddendly found our selected spot surrounded by visitors with no accord to social distancing 2) the pool is small and not that deep 3) jet ski renting is right next to the spot we swim 4) as we were taking a stroll, a jeep suddenly passes by all throughout the beach passing by and between kids and swimmers pros: 1- dj is great 2- scenery is great 3- place is super clean 4- very friendly staff

I did not like the behaviour of some security members when first they did not allow us to enter since we were two men. This is not acceptable, everybody should be allowed to enter, and in case anybody misbehaved inside the resort security should kick him out.

Great spot to enjoy the beach and the lovely Lebanese weather. It's a home to kiters that want to enjoy the northern wind whenever available mainly in spring and autumn.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer ,The romantic dinner was amazing 🤩 Dont miss it just contact Miss. Roula , am sure you will love the decoration with sea side view ,Food was amazing ( Chicken breast plate, fettuccini Alfredo, dessert all in all was supper excellent..) The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing.

Started by being charged weekend rate !? It is friday!? Then suddenly the place is full of kids aging between 8-12 and when we asked why!! The reason is a Birthday party!! And the kids pool isnt opened yet!?? . Why did you even host the party of kids pool isnt open!?? So ended spending the day with noisy kids all over the pool and even to the bar side. The staff are very friendly and I used to recommend this place to every person I meet and this is not my first time but probably will be my last.

One of my favourite beach resorts in Lebanon for a day at the beach. Relaxed atmosphere, nice architecture and decoration, a lot of green, everything very clean, sandy beach, nice rounded pool. Suits with and without kids. Never saw the second (family) pool to be open but kids can be in a part of the big pool and there is a smaller pool for the smallest.

This is the most beautiful resort in lebanon. The beach is incredible. Very wide sand beach always clean. The prices are affordable for the quality you get. Also the food is great
