Literally bad service! They changed the price of the hall the last minute and they are not answering on the phone, we have a problem and we have to check the camera ! But they are not answering, and the food wasn’t good and the chicken was raw !

I don't recommend at all, the food and beverage manager doesn't know his job at all, bad customer service, they lure you to make a deal, b sawid l wejj.

I did attend a wedding and it was terrible. Don't trust, they are not reliable. they can ruin your dream day and embarrass you in front of your invitees.

I would never recommend to anyone to have a wedding nor any event planned at l’ARC Maghdouche. Eddy Germanios the owner of ( MCH-MCH) gave a very low client service lower than low! i recommend the owners of L’arc to hire a professional food and beverage manager.

Very bad service, the food is not good at all the chicken was raw, they gave us the bill directly after ordering, very bad service Also we had a deal for a conference on a certain price they change it last minute even tho I was paying for more guests than i had in the conference and veryy poor coffee break

The table that we reserved was taken by someone else, this was not good. The sun was disturbing where we sat down. the food was ok, Shesh Taouk was not well cooked, the cordon blue was very cooked. The waiter was supposed to advise us not to request French fries as all plates had French fries. service was a bit slow. there was an event and the decoration looked very nice. Shesha was ok. drinks were ok as well. Music was disturbing. the manager was nice and offered coffee and fruits on the house. i would go there again however i know now what to request.

I don’t recommend this place for any event! El alcool endo madroud, the service from the beverage and food manager is awful! The food is not generous! The service is very slow! The manager makes you pay before you get the service so you can’t argue with him afterwards! I don’t recommend this place for ur event they are not trustworthy!

This is the worst restaurant that I’ve visited . Bad service , the food wasn’t good at all . I couldn’t finish my plate, I felt like am going to puke after eating . We asked for a buffet but we only got some cake and nescafe. Went once and NEVER NEVER again

It overlooks a very nice view. Beautiful decoration inside and out. There is a small pool so you can enjoy swimming. Some dishes are tasty while others are tasteless especially the tabbouleh. Good service and good prices. Overall, it's recommended and it's a great choice for wedding events.

F**** fantastic, it had a luxurious and fancy dinner , and a beautiful pool. Food there is amazing , service is amazing. Everything is on point.

Wonderful food and very rich and diverse. Staff are very polite attentive and helpful. Will surely come back and highly advise as a destination. Eddy Germanous was a wonderful host and made our event super special.

Professional, the food is amazing, They are generous, the view is astonishing, and the staff are excellent knowledgeable, experienced, and always around, Mahmoud is one of the best. Highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner and also you can visit for swimming
