Coara Restaurant is a must-have dining experience! Regardless if you are vegan or not, you will enjoy it. The restaurant is a small traditional house, and behind the restaurant is where they grow their produce. Inside the house, they also sell organic products and books. The atmosphere is the kind of atmosphere you could spend hours in. If this place were easier to get to, I would be there often!

Very very earth friendly place, delicious vegan meals and very clean environment

We had such a lovely time visiting Coara, and can’t wait to come again. I am not vegan, but they made me want to be. The food was delicious; the tabouleh, kibbeh, rice with flower, and the slice of heaven for dessert were my favorite. The flowers with every dish were also a nice touch I noticed. Lastly, it is a family-owned business, and who doesn’t love supporting those?

Best vegan and organic food in Lebanon, gluten free meals available, the owners are very friendly kind and welcoming, I’ve been coming here for more then 2 years and will come back in the future. Ambiance is very peaceful and quite.

Tasty and healthy food!

I absolutely loved everything about Coara. The owners and chefs, Mr and Mrs Nasreiddine greeted us and checked on us throughout our meal to make sure everything was to our liking. We ordered their special formula and a few extra dishes which included quinoa tabbouleh, shawarma, hummus , pizza and cashew knafeh for dessert. Everything was delicious and fully vegan. I especially loved how beautiful the grounds are and how almost everything they serve is grown by them. We will definitely be back!

I dont think you can possibly leave coara sad. This place not only feels like home and has great fresh food, but the entire atmosphere is so safe and friendly and positive. Walid and maysoun, the owners, are always walking around the tables and talking to the guests. Going there feels like im visiting family (if my family cooked the best food we’ve ever tried). We are repeat customers and always will be. Youre missing out if you havent been here yet.

A dream. Where to start. "Excellent" & 5 stars doesn't give credit to this restaurant. Out of this world, pure beauty, a dream, a special rating just for restaurants of outstanding performance. Rested on the side of the mountain, surrounded by lush vegetation. The decor fits the restaurant & next to the seating area is their garden where the lovely owner goes & hand picks the veg & herbs. We had the tasting menu. The food, WOW. Both presentation & taste were sublime. We were left speechless by all the well balanced flavours. Even the tea herbs were handpicked in front of us. This is by far our favourite restaurant and well worth the trip from Beirut or even from the UK just to go there. You will no doubt fall in love with the hospitality, decoration, tastes and even smells you're immersed into. Thank you so much

Lovely place, one of the few if not the only place in Lebanon. The food is just great, nothing that you would expect and a blast of flavors, 100% vegan restaurant. The service, loved Walid and Maysoon, and their hospitality, they had their positive vibes all over the place. The seating was extremely relaxing, plan to stay at least 3 hours as it is a mental relaxation! If you are a vegan or not, its a must visit!!! A great experience, Thank you!

Never have I met the match, especially when going into the little details that shows the difference: served olives for example.... This place nailed it...
