My personal experience at zero gravity is impeccable. After one year of training with them, they became more like a family. The attention given by the trainers is highly focused on each one of the trainees which pushes them to do their best and progress at a very high pace. I joined the team at my weakest point not being able to hold any bar or lift myself off the ground. Within less than a year, I became the strongest version of myself being able to perform pushups, pullups, dips, and other skills.
