I went to various real estate to find a house in Siem Reap, but IPS was the kindest, had a lot of stuff, and got the job done quickly. Also, I was very impressed with the fact that an employee named chanthy, who was in charge, was meticulously cared for from the beginning to the after-sales service. I asked the landlord for the options and contract terms I wanted, and they handled it neatly. I would recommend it to anyone who is thinking about where to look when looking for a house. When we decided to stay in Siem Reap we had a very clear idea about the type of home we wanted to rent and sone idea of the locations we would be happy to live in. We went to IPS on the recommendation of a friend. Juu was our consultant and after we booked an appointment she spent a lot of time researching possible rentals and keeping us up-to-date with various options. I have nothing but admiration for her. She showed us about 16 properties and reacted very pro-actively to our feedback. Within just 4 days she helped us find exactly what we wanted. She also negotiated with the owner to arrange a couple of extra things to make the home comfortable. I would not hesitate to use IPS in the future. They were amazing!

IPS are an incredible agency. I have now used them in 5 transactions and sometimes in extremely complicated circumstances.
