Easy to reach with the bus or car, has a lot of options for kids (toys, teddies, books, gift ideas etc). It also has smaller sections for Chicco, Claires and others brands.

Cold people, old building and the sense that people are tired at work, they need to liven up the place maybe a coffee machine or music in background
