Everything about Quarto is different - in the best possible way. Soulfood among newfound friends. This is one of the places that rewards you for doing your research before you go out for dinner - it is tucked away in a small alleyway and hard to find if you were just walking past. But if you do, you’re in for a round of great treats. David and his partner (who is an amazing chef!!!) are focusing on all the details (just check out the water glasses and cute cutlery stands) while serving an amazing tasting course meal with innovative twists! David has not always been in the F&B industry - but his former job as a high flying strategy consultant equipped him with the right mindset (always exceeding customer expectations, eye for detail, making people feel comfortable to open up and share) to keep delivering on what we believe is the start of a great and successful journey. Keep up the amazing work, very much looking forward to our dinner next year!!!!!

We happened upon this restaurant looking for a place for dinner and it turned into our favorite meal from our entire trip. The service was incredible, warm and friendly with excellent recommendations. I cannot say enough about how good the food was. In our group of four we ended up passing our plates around the table multiple times so all of us could try everything. Sometimes there's a dud in the group but from the starter to the dessert it all impressed, it was all so delicious! The particular standouts for our group was the pork belly appetizer, the ribs (cooked for 36 hours) and the risotto. It was so good we're going back again, definitely a place to try!!!!

Amazing!!! We happened to find this while randomly walking around Siena. We heard cool loud music (it was still closed) and booked the last available table. Very cozy and friendly atmosphere, the owner will make you feel like home. The food is fantastic!!! Whatever the chef gives you, just trust them!!! I tried to take a picture of everything we had but I wasn’t that fast. We opted for the set menu and the wine suggestion and it was absolutely worth it!! This is the definition of a hidden gem! Go try it before it gets in the guide!!

Little hidden gem in the "Drago" district of historic Sienna. The owner David was so friendly and enthusiastically explained all aspects of the menu. The food was exquisite in both flavor and presentation. The risotto was a perfect blend of spicy and creamy, and the artisanal iced yogurt and honey dessert was to die for. I would give six stars if I could.

Great experience here!! We did the tasting menu and loved it. Definitely would recommend for a dinner while in Siena especially if you want a bit more elevated italian. They are able to accommodate for celiacs as well.

Wow! This place is incredible. Don’t look for any other restaurant— this is where you want to be! Not only is the food beautiful and delicious (really it is a fine dining restaurant without the price tag), you will also be welcomed in like friends or family. The care and energy put into the experience is unmatched. I showed interest in the herbs grown in the restaurant garden and the chef brought out a plate with unique leaves to try and told the story of each one. Did I mention the ambiance? You will want to hang out here all evening. It was the best dinner we have had on our month long trip.

What a fantastic experience! A lovely owner, tasty food after tasty food, even my maximalist self was happy tonight. His wife made a cabbage, what I, the sworn enemy of all cabbages was eating gladly and that soft rib…!!! Not to mention the carnival sweet (no idea of the name), that looks easy but yay; very easy to destroy. This one was flying away, it was so light. Special request: my son asked me to mention that he got some gratis dessert, as didn’t want to decide for one only. We wish good luck and all the best to these lovely and talented owners and we‘d definitely check in, in case we are back in Siena

The meal, atmosphere, and service was top notch. The food is incredible- we even got a free small appetizer from the chef! The dal felt like a warm hug. I loved the lingua dish- the meat was tender and delicious. And the tiramisu is a must! Great service! The ambience is very relaxing, which was perfect after lots of traveling.
