Delicious and fresh, with a modern touch to traditional Italian dishes. A great discovery in Siena, a little aside the touristic mainstream.

I loved this place so much, I came twice. Huddled into medieval city wall, this restaurant x concept store x deli is a gem. Fantastic service (including in English by Marco if you are not that confident in your Italian), wonderful, tasty, elegant, innovative, interesting menu, all reasonably priced for produce of this quality. Few tables outside, with candlelight, it's also cosy and romantic. On the first visit I had fabulous pate, it comes served with house pickles, beautiful tasty balls of goodness "fenced off" by tasty brioche. For main, I went for their special of the day, which was Tuscan rabbit, with roasted potatoes - absolutely excellent. On the last occasion I went for homemade pici pasta, very good with crunchy pork cheek and zuccini flowers. The chargrilled octopus with home pickles and potato pure, just divine. Great bread they make themselves, fab selection of wines, there is everything to love about this wonderful bistro restaurant.

This restaurant is a must when in Siena! I had one of the best meals i have ever had in my life! A lot of pure flavours, and the dishes were very balanced. The wine was also good! The service was just great, the waiter threw my fork into my dessert to go with the 'broken' look of my dessert! It was a great experience! The prices are great for the quality you'll get, so just go if you have the chance!

Great restaurant in Sienna - excellent gazpacho and octopus !

Place is located in a less crowded street, but still close to the city center. Service was good, they bring fresh bread and olive oil to taste while waiting. We’ve tried different dishes, all were very good. I went with the rabbit (not on the menu) and it was tasty and well cooked. Desserts are awesome and worth trying. Price is adequate for the place and food served. Recommended

Excellent food and a smallish but quite interesting menu with lots of good options. I had the pasta of the day, meat stuffed tortelli with a porcini mushroom sauce and a side of balsamic vinegar glazed onions. It's a block below the main tourist street but easy to find and very much worth visiting.

Since I had never had so many emotions dining at a restaurant and do normally post no reviews, I felt obligated to write one. When I arrived at Bruscello, I was fatigued and in a bad mood. My distress was continually blown away, as the host gave me such an affectionate, warm hearted reception, gave me well chosen wine suggestions and overall treated me almost as a member of his family. The dishes, that I was especially curious about were the chicken liver parfait and the risotto with fresh burrata. "Chicken liver parfait with brown butter, sour-sweet pickled red onion, toasted hazelnuts and homemade sourdough bread." I could not believe, that somebody bakes it's own sourbread at a restaurant, since it's a very time consuming job. And yes, the bread is beeing baked by the chef himself, I even had the chance to take a quick glance on the procedure. The parfait put a spell on me, beeing a savoury dish by itself, it had a resemblance of a chocolate praliné. My brain was constantly switching back and forth between savoury and sweet, which awoke all my senses. "Risotto with fresh burrata and porcini mushrooms" The whole dish was as light as a cloud and the rice was cooked to perfection. The dark toned porcini powder sprinkles with the clear white of the risotto reminded me of the first snow in the year. Once again I was astonished, the pulverized dried porcini had almost cocoa like properties with an optical resemblance of a dessert. The Chef is a magician, his dishes surprised and inspired me deeply. I left Bruscello with a warm heart and soul.

Incredible find. Best meal we had in Siena, and that’s saying a lot because everywhere we went was fantastic. But this place managed to elevate itself with an inventive menu that didn’t sacrifice quality just to be different. Delicious on every count.

Food, service and wine was excellent. Cool space. Accommodating for culinary extras. Pasta was super fresh and very tasty. Cool staff.

We had an outstanding lunch with a dish of Tuna and one with Pasta. One of the best meals we had on our 2-week trip through northern Italy! Great wine recommendation, a nice and calm atmosphere and a wonderful host - and delicious desserts. We loved it!

Food was great and hot. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Price is €8 for breakfast buffet from 7-10am. Well worth it....bottomless Americano!!!

Incredible ! Don't hesitate a second to go there. The food is marvelous, try the burrata gaspacho and basil and tomatoe spaghetti. Vegetarian friendly ! Tasting those incredible flavors made our trip! Plus, it's not expensive at all. 100/10 to this address! The staff is stylish and great. The place looks beautiful, and you can try out some beautiful clothes while waiting for your dinner. Basically, magic food, not expensive, very nice staff, marvelous experience! Go there!!
