Luxury hotel with amazing staff, a restaurant that should be on a Michelin Guide and great service. We stayed 3 nights and will go back when we get a chance. Elena from the front desk made great recommendations and was extremely attentive. Valentina from the restaurant was an amazing server and knowledgeable enough to help us out in both English and Italian. This hotel is a total gem.

Excellent customer service - staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If you’re renting a car be ready for a hefty valet parking service bill lol this area is super local and has lots of ZTL zones meaning only taxis and local drivers are permitted to enter the area. We had to park our vehicle outside of the square and arrange with staff to have their valet services come park the car in its designated area. Rooms were cleaned every night during our stay, no complaints!

Best decision we made on our Italian vacation. All around loved this place. Rooms, service, food, location, wine tasting. We will definitely return. Thank you staff!

We had a lovely stay at the Grand Hotel Continental! The hotel is in the perfect location in the heart of the city, yet our room was facing the backside and had beautiful views of the rooftops and distant greenery. We got a complimentary room upgrade and lots of perks as part of the Amex booking program. The ballroom is a feast for the eyes! It is just perfectly executed, and as a guest, you'll likely have it to yourself (during the off-season, at least). The breakfast buffet was generous, and we loved eating in the glass covered courtyard. Dinner was also surprisingly tasty. The service was fantastic. From beginning to end, it was a smooth, quiet, luxurious experience. Just be forewarned that they don't have any wellness facilities (gym, spa, sauna, pool, etc).

Fantastic hotel centrally located inside the walls of Siena. I am not sure how service could have been better. A+ View from our room was like a movie. Pro tip: if you drive here, do your homework on parking before coming.

A beautiful hotel centrally located in Siena. We like to walk and explore cities so this was perfect for walking. Upon checking in Laura at the front desk gave us a room upgrade which was a nice surprise. We were unable to get reservations at a restaurant and mentioned it to Giancarlo at the front desk. We came back after an outing and he had worked his magic to get reservations for us. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner thanks to Gianpaolo. The breakfast was plentiful and in a beautifully setting. A great stay for us, we would return again if we come back to Siena.

A lovely traditional hotel at prime location in historical center. Our deluxe room was lovely and views amazing. Needs some upgrading if to remain on the top as a 5 * property. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful hotel with outstanding service. Must take the opportunity to see the wine cellar and the decorative hall. It is europe so the beds are firmer than what you may be accustomed to, but they do have a menu of pillows.

Wonderful old building in the heart of Siena. Impeccable service. Rooms well appointed. Generous breakfast. Not cheap but highly recommended if you want to spend the money.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of the city of Siena. This place is full of charm and the rooms give you a very medieval feeling that completes the experience. Very clean hotel, breakfast was excellent and location is perfect to see the whole city. We want to thank each and every staff member but especially the front desk who were very welcoming, attentive and helpful about even the smallest details. A special shout-out to Elena Nardini for answering all our questions and making great recommendations including arranging our guide. Truly exceptional five star service!

Beautiful hotel, top notch. Amazing location. However impossible to sleep here with noise outside. Highly recommend that they get better soundproofing on windows.

The hotel itself is very nice, they have a very pleasant bar area and a very impressive event salon. The staff was perfect, very friendly and attentive. We didn't try the food other than the included breakfast, which was nice but not amazing. The location is excellent, everything is nearby. My only complaint is the room service, they didn't have most of the menu except fruits and simple sandwiches (it was afterhours so I guess is understandable, but they do have a menu for when the dining menu not available but most of it was not available.). I'd happily return, our room had a very nice view of Siena.

The hotel is tucked away in central Historic Siena, we had a challenge with the GPS and it took us a complicated way and we actually got stuck down an alley way. We called the hotel and they sent their porter to come help us, he was amazing and helped us stay calm and navigate out of our situation and get us to the hotel correctly. We had a great time and wonderful views of the city. You can walk the entire city from the location and really explore. They even helped us arrange for private wine tour. Staff was very friendly and even helped us secure dinner reservations at some local restaurants! Great experience!

Wow, such an elegant hotel bar. It was a harrowing drive to get through the tiny city streets and Fabrizio helped me feel welcome and calmed my nerves with a perfect martini. (...okay, maybe two?)

An excellent one night stay. The hotel is beautiful and has a great location. We had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant. The breakfast was fabulous. If you have a room opening on the street it is lovely but can be a little noisy from all the people outside.

Excellent service. Great location. Highly recommend. So close to everything. Amazon spacious and clean rooms. The staff is amazing . Helpful with reservations if you need. some have terrace in the room would recommend if available.

We loved our 2 nights in Siena at the hotel continental. The staff was so kind and was really helpful. Hotel was beautiful inside. Bar and restaurant staff were excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice enough to give us earplugs since we were there during lead up to Palio and there was a major street celebration going down. 😏
