Good place just outside Siena. Rooms were good, but no iron was available. Customer service was great and professional. Both reception and f&b attendants were lovely. Advice: If you offer fruits for breakfast, please ensure they are edible. Kiwis and bananas were not ripe.

When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly yet professional young man from Russia. He spoke both excellent English and Italian. The room was both quiet and clean. The staff at breakfast were excellent and the food was tasty as well. Hope to return in the Summer to try out the pool!

While everything at this hotel was exactly as it should have been, what really stood out for me was the helpful, positive attitude of all the staff.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel in every way and the staff are absolutely fantastic. (They saved us big time when we needed help.) It's in a quiet residential neighborhood uphill from the city center. We preferred to walk to and from town but probably most people would drive a few minutes or get a short ride in a taxi. There's a lovely view and an outdoor pool. Good breakfast. Very clean and quiet. Everything was great!

Excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff. A little too far away from the old city to walk there (about 30-40 min.) but by car it’s only ten minutes to one of the many parking lots just outside the city wall. The room was very nice and clean. I like a softer bed, so I thought the bed was very hard. The housekeeping was just great: clean room every day and new towels and bed sheets every day! Remember to bring your own towels for the pool though. There is a refrigerator in the room - no minibar, just the refrigerator which is nice because you are then free to fill it with whatever you want. The pool area is nice. There is a lawn and some trees for shadow. They have chairs for sunbathing but you may have to get there early to get one, they’re popular. Delicious breakfast and especially the coffee is great. There is no restaurant in the hotel so you have to go to the city to get lunch and dinner.

What a great hotel! Staff was beyond excellent! Very helpful and kind! Rooms were great. Showed up 3 hours early and were able to check in right away and even got upgraded for no extra charge. Also breakfast was great! Only a 15 min bus to town aswell. Would definitely recommend! Thanks fornthe great stay!

Last minute booking. Fairly priced, easy check in, all the reception staff spoke perfect English. Only about a 10 min ride to central Siena, and 3 min from the train/bus terminal. Would recommend.

This is a great hotel on the outskirts of Siena. Pros: incredibly friendly and helpful staff, a wonderful pool with a view, a great free breakfast and decent transport links into town (via bus, taxi or car). The rooms are quite basic and simple, but as long as you're aware of that in advance you'll be fine. You should be spending your daytime by the pool or in Siena/Tuscany anyway!

Very friendly staff. They speak multiple languages. On the city edge, but nice and quite. Easy drive to city centre.

Amazing hotel in Tuscany, close to Siena and train station for day trips, also has plenty of free parking at hotel. The pool and garden are both incredible, the staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is fantastic too. The room and bathroom are bigger than a lot of Italian hotels, the bathroom also had a full size bath tub which is rare, the bed was very comfortable and the room is quiet. Overall great hotel that had everything I was looking for during my 2 night stay.

The pool is great! Excellent price for value. Unlike my expectations it was quite a comfortable hotel, with a very high quality service. Views are stunning and the location is great for being near Siena.

Standard 3 Star Hotel. The stuffs are in general nice except one of the receptions (a lady) was not friendly. No nearby restaurant and the hotel restaurant is not operated in the evening. Room is clean. No coffee, water, kettle provided but you can make an order from the bar.

We stayed here for a night while visiting Siena. Excellent quiet location just outside the city with a very convenient car park. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast has a lot of variety and is of very good quality.
