Great place to stay. Hamza, the host, is very friendly and gives great recommendations for places to go. He even helped us make a dinner reservation! The rooms are spacious and well cleaned. The wifi and AC work great. There’s also free bottles of water, coffee, and snacks. The location is wonderful - right near piaza del campo so there are ton of shops and restaurants. Overall, staying here made our stay in siena amazing!

Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and linens. Excellent location, easy to get to when visiting sites and needing a quick rest or bathroom breaks! It’s a gem, a real good find.

Upon arrival we were very kindly welcomed by the host. Super friendly person who gave a lot of explanation about the city and you could see that he did it with passion. The rooms are magnificently designed and very clean. Furthermore, this bed and breakfast is ideally located, right next to Piazza del Campo. Highly recommended if you are going to visit Siena.

Unlimited bottle water, coffee and even pastries and chocolates were available for free to make us guests feel very special! Best location, right in the heart of the historic centre. For bed and breakfast is the service outstanding. The location just about the famous central place in Siena center. You have everything close to you. I can recommend warmly for a stay here.

The location was top notch. It was a short walk from the parking complex outside of the ZTL zone and also a very short walk to all of Siena’s main attractions. The rooms are modern and nicely designed. The bed, pillows and sheets were high quality. We’ve stayed in some nice high end hotels and Palazzo del Papa is right up there in quality and even better service. We are happy we chose it as our base for exploring the Tuscany region. About the service, our host Hamza was exceptional. He was very welcoming and treated us so well during our stay. He made sure we were always comfortable and had everything we needed. We saw him interact with other guests and he’s simply just an awesome person who is passionate about about what he does. Keep it up Hamza and we hope to see you again soon in Siena!

It is impossible to find a more convenient location in Siena. Hamza puts a lot of heart into running Palazzo del Papa and he will not rest until he is certain you are satisfied with your stay. Highly recommended!

Wonderful location on a quite street just off del Campo. Clean room, great coffee , Hamza is an excellent host and guide for Siena . He offered us 2 great restaurant choices for dinner.

Wish it was possible to rate 6 stars!! We loved our stay at Palazzo del Papa! The room is very modern and clean. Everything feels new. Hamza the host is extremely nice and helpful. He helped us several times throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
