Excellent service with everything working as planned for an at-home CPR Covid Test, from the visit by the professional taking the swab, to the email delivery of the results less than 24 hours later. Certificate in both Italian and English. Excellent customer service by phone and email. Highly recommended for UK travellers visiting the area and in need of the certificate to travel home.

I had an appointment scheduled for a “fit to fly” rapid antigen test at the Siena South location. On the morning of, something urgent came up. I looked to see it I could reschedule online, but it was too late to change my appointment. I emailed the Medyca team about three hours prior to my scheduled appointment and had a response within minutes. The Medyca team was able to reschedule my appointment. It was the highlight of my day! Required medical assistance for a family member while staying in a very remote villa near Radda. A doctor was able to see us within 24hrs (and they even found the house!). A fantastic service and I would use them again (I just hope I never need to!).

Great customer service over the phone and easy to book online service. They had various days available to book, which a lot of providers in Italy do not have this option. Its a good alternative if you are unable to book at the airport.

Great service! I booked with another company at first, but the customer service was really bad and then decided to book with Medyca. It was simple, well organised and we received the results the same day (they speak well in english). The document was standard for the border autority, as PCR test was required in our case to travel back home

We used Medyca in Sienna twice to have PCR tests done for both myself and my wife before travelling home to the UAE, we also had 3 rapid tests for the kids and the nurse was very patient while we coaxed the kids into having their swabs done! They provided The results within the 12hr window for the PCRs, as promised, and the results were accepted at check-in for our flight home to Dubai. All in all I have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone else looking for this service.

I have never had a better experience in my entire life. Very good medical service. I had ear pain, the hotel Borgo San Felice organised a doctor via Medyca to visit me in my hotel room within 2 hours. The doctor (Leonardo) was English speaking and very friendly. He left me some tablets and prescribed me more. The cost is high (300€) but worth the price.
