Great boba tea place! They have a lot of options, every single one I have tried have been great! The location was cute inside and clean. It’s a must try!

I was a loyal customer but I will not be coming back. I have never been treated so poorly, by a set of employees. I ordered a slushy with two flavors and a topping making my total $5.50. I paid the young woman 6.25 and she gave me the wrong change with no receipt. So I waited patiently and let her know my change was wrong and the gentleman that was in there was very rude and mean and all I ask was that they give me the correct change and he got very hostile and said and refused until he seen my receipt that they finally printed off. I explained I wanted my change and he was rude and told me to never come back. This was once a good place but they have terrible workers

Used to be my favorite boba place. But after yesterday’s interaction I won’t be back. I’ve been coming here a little over a year and always order the brown sugar brûlée. I wasn’t loving the whipped stuff on top so I asked the girl taking my order if I could have it without. She was super friendly and said it was no problem. A couple second later the ticket rings through to the back, and a gentleman comes to the front with a disgusted look on his face. “Brown sugar brûlée with no foam?? Then it isn’t even a brûlée then.” And proceeds to roll his eyes right in front of me. At this point I’m just shocked at the rudeness and tone in his voice for such a simple request. After some more back and forth between the lady that took my order and the male barista, He then comes out again and tells me, “next time, order the golden hour.” I informed him that it not familiar with the menu, and also that the menu gives ZERO information on what’s in the drink. Only the name. So how was I to know. Definitely won’t be a next time. Brought my daughter in after school to get her favorite treat and this guy totally killed our moods. Not to mention- every time I’ve walked in the store, it has an overwhelming smell of dirty toilet water.

Right when you walk in it is very quiet. Then the cashier was leaned over the counter speaking to a friend and just looked over very nonchalantly like he now had a job to do lol. So I was very skeptical right away and even told myself I most likely won’t be returning. However, I was very shocked because the drinks and boba were very delicious. Even my mom said she wants to go back, but just to get the boba and leave lol it’s rare to find a place where the actual drink and the boba taste great together.

I've been here a few times and the girl behind the counter was super nice and I definitely reccomend. I'm not sure I remember her name but I think it was Sarah. None the less the drinks were very good and overall a good experience.

Drinks were great (I got the boba bless with mango boba), very refreshing. Place was very clean and staff was friendly. The person who helped was very nice but not super helpful with recommendations, otherwise would have given 5 stars. It started to pick up a bit as we sat and enjoyed our drinks but not overly crowded. Will definitely go again.

Tasty...staff not super helpful though. We had never been in there and it was like figure it out I guess. No one in there but us.🤔 it was good but I wanna spend my money in a place that's fun, upbeat, and helpful to a little kid and parents etc I've been to other ones that are great.

Literally the best milk tea Boba I’ve found in Chandler/Gilbert area! Our family faves are mango milk tea and mocha milk tea both with Boba!

I love this place. The drinks are delightful and the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing, there is a nice private patio that you wouldn't expect. The baristas are very kind and get to know the regulars that come in. I stop by every time I'm in the area.

I had the brown sugar brulee milk tea with boba. The flavor was pretty good and the boba was delicious. I would come back.

I was introduced to this place by my sister who loves Boba.. I tried a Creamy Guava smoothie and it was pretty good. I never though of putting cream cheese and guava together to make it like a smoothie but I enjoyed the drink. This isn't your regular drink shop so make sure your taste buds are prepared! The place wasn't very clean but the service and drinks made up for it. Give them a try if you're looking for new places !!

Very good boba and very nice staff; however, it is always very…mcdonalds smelling in there. Always incredibly hot and the jugs of tea that are insanely dark in the kitchen do make me question whether or not I should be drinking stuff here sometimes. The cleanliness out front definitely needs more work, and the smell needs to be improved. Overall the staff is always excellent and very kind, but the storefront is not appealing at all and the owners should be taking this into account. These poor staff members work in a very hot shop.

Good customer service and very tasty drinks! We ordered a raspberry&peach smoothie with boba, a coconut smoothie and boba, and a passion punch with boba. We had to be a little patient, but man these drinks were so refreshing!

Lovely place, my order was the fruit punch with honey boba and popping kiwi boba. I wouldn’t recommend kiwi popping boba, otherwise the honey boba was sweet, bouncy and really well made. The ambience was nice to sit in, though music a tad too loud. Overall really like the place and the lady at the till was very helpful in informing me with a multitude of drink choices.

Boba Bliss is definitely the best boba in the valley the teas are delicious and the boba is ALWAYS cooked perfectly. A must try is the earl grey tea, along with most of their specialty drinks so delicious!!!!

I really love this place! The ONLY thing is that the lobby isn't very comfortable. The chairs are very stiff and make your back hurt, not the kind of place you can sit and do school work or anything sadly. Also gets reallllly hot inside during the summer. Overall, I find myself coming back often for the yummy drinks and food snacks! They just added waffle fries and panko shrimp!

Been coming here for a couple of years, it's always a good experience. We love the strawberry creamy slushy, guava creamy slushy, strawberry smoothie, raspberry smoothie, red bean smoothie, lychee smoothie, green apple smoothie, and coffee smoothie. The black boba is the best I've found in Arizona, and the popping boba are a great addition to either the same or a complimentary drink flavor.

Great options and varied menu. We’ve been trying boba places all over the valley and this is one of our favs. We tried 4 different drinks and all were great.

Absolutely delicious and delightful place I love the atmosphere and the staff are wonderful. The boba is really amazing I got the creamy strawberry slushie 😊👍 DELICIOUS!! Go ahead and treat yourselves you won't be disappointed! The boba is good! Jovial was so kind and great. Chicken tenders were tasty as well, for a needed light snack.

Great boba and tons of options! The staff are super nice and so far I've never had to wait long for my drink. Always my go-to place for boba.

We showed up on Black Friday, and they only had 1 person working. There are 15 people waiting for their orders. People are waiting to order, and we've been waiting 20 minutes for our order, and there are 3 orders ahead of us. The owner didn't think this one through.
