Dirty, low end place. Rude. They accused me of presenting a fake gift certificate and were extremely rude. My boss bought me the gift certificate and it turned out my name was in the system. It was their mistake but they could have shown a little kindness. BI ended up feeling humiliated and crying but they would not reschedule to allow me to regain my composure. Very dirty plac, very dirty attitudes 😒

I have been going to Sara for style and color for years - I have not had a great stylist since I lived in Hawaii many years ago and I bless the day that a friend recommended Sara and Visage. I have short curly fine hair that most stylists cannot handle – Sara is an artist – my hair has never looked better. I love going to Visage because they treat you like family and Wilma is absolutely the greatest and very talented.

Visage is definitely the best place in Sierra Vista to go for a true spa experience. Every single person who works there is extremely nice and welcoming. They make you feel so comfortable.. even offering beverages when you come in. Sara cuts my hair and I will never go to anyone else in town! She does an amazing job. For $50 you get a scalp massage, shampoo/condition, cut, AND style. Best value in town. The prices for treatments are higher than most places in town, but you really are treating yourself to a relaxing time. The esthetician there is great, she does my eyebrows sometimes. The only downside is sometimes it can be hard to get an appointment when you need it.. they tend to fill up quickly. So call ahead!

had fun was there all day the ladies are really sweet and nice they really know their jobs they are very professional but friendly it's was so worth my money the place was clean and private the message was fabulous they facial was purfing the hair was awesome I'm glad I spoiled myself worth the money

The facial and massage were really good. :) The ladies were very nice! Was noisy, never could relax, people spoke really loud, walls are paper thin, so you hear EVERYTHING!! Never a Zen feeling in here, poor atmosphere. Will probably not return.

Wilma is a wealth of knowledge. The advice she gave me on how to care for my unique skin issues is invaluable. Her facial with the oxygen mask refreshed and softened my skin in an amazing way!! Roxanne instinctively knew how much pressure to use to coax my muscles into full relaxation! Her hot stone massage melted all my tension away!! These friendly and professional gals made me feel welcomed and pampered!!

The owner and staff were sweet, friendly, and very accommodating. Had a ladies' day with my family on vacation and it was a wonderful experience! Oxygen facial felt amazing and hot stone massage was excellent. Perfect temperature and pressure! High quality products too. Pleasant scents without being overwhelming or over done. Definitely recommend and will come again!

Really helped me with a Christmas gift for my mom and sister. I live out of state, but they're working with me to allow me to gift some haircuts to my family from across the country. They reached out to me quickly after I left a msg for them online, and even gave me a personal cell number to reach them with. I super recommend them! Best customer service Ive ever had with a salon/spa! Thanks guys!!

I had a hot stone massage with a hot stone toe/foot massage add-on. They do appts by reservation only! My massage was amazing and I am going back again. Thanks for the wonderful massage Roxanne. 🥰
