Please spare yourself the trouble of living in these apartments. I do not wish to bash anyone, but there is truly a huge issue with management/company policy. When I moved into the apartment, it was filthy to say the least. I was given keys, and still had maintenance coming in the door throughout the day to patch up the wall/clean. My A/C did not work and was told they would send maintenance to fix it. This did not happen. I called emergency maintenance and was told nothing more could be done; they needed professionals. When professionals came in, they told me it needed to be replaced. I called the office manager several times, and was told the phone line was not working and that they "didn't receive" any voicemails. After two months of living here in the summer with my A/C pouring water onto my floor, I had enough due to the unsafe living conditions for my child. I gave 30 day notice that I wanted to leave. The apartment manager intentionally told me that I did not have to give written notice. I trusted her, and then she and the property management company stole my security deposit and demanded payment for the special I received upon move-in. They also claimed that my babysitter was an unauthorized resident! I am absolutely appalled with this apartment and with the property management company's lack of regard for their tenants. Beware of doing business with this company...

Steer clear of these apartments. Aside from maintenance not doing their jobs, the office likes to lie about when you dropped off your rent and charge you late fees even when you were on time. Corporate is just like them. It’s your word against theirs. Constantly have issues here, hence the reason why there are Marshall’s parked there. This place isn’t properly managed. Do yourself a favor and save your money because they will do anything to get more money out from under you.

Martha leasing manager witch she shouldn't be one is very rude . She does not care about fixing things when it's needed. Never answers phone. Leaves open sign up but not in office. Look else where make this your last choice to rent.

The office takes forever to respond to maintenance requests. I have a hole in my ceiling from a water bubble in the paint, that I had to pop so that I could avoid mold. This was reported, over the phone, months ago and they haven't sent anyone to fix it and on top of that, there's a new water bubble next to the front door that's even bigger than the last one. This really goes to show that their buildings aren't up to code. My air conditioning stopped working about three months after I moved in and it took them several days to send someone to replace the unit and now, months later, my heater doesn't work and that's also taking longer than it should be to get fixed. The towel rack in my bathroom falls out of the wall when I put a towel on it, the door seal strip under the front door doesn't reach from one end to the other, so there's a small space under the door, that bugs can get in. When I reported these things, a maintenance guy came to look at them and then told me he'd be back the next day to fix them and then never came back, so nothing was fixed. With all of that being said, The Las Brisas Apartments are the last place you should look when apartment searching. I seriously cannot wait to get out of here.

Nice place to live. Mary ( the manager) at times can be rude. Just depends if you catch her in a bad mood. Would be nice if the heated pool and hot tub would get fixed. I’ve been here 8 months and it has never worked. I was told they took the heater out of the pool and tried to use it in the hot tub but it didnt work. Other than that problem . Everything is pretty nice.

For weeks I have called and called, during business hours. I've left more than my fair share of voicemails. I also filled out the little request on the website more than a handful of times in the last three weeks, but NOT ONCE has anyone returned my calls or email requests. I was waiting with cash in hand to try to give you my business and more importantly, my money. However, your office "employee", seems like they need to be replaced. Not only are you losing money by not returning calls, you are losing money paying a useless office assistant. After doing some research on this place, I am super happy that you didn't call back. We found something with double the square footage, in a better area and it doesn't look like something you're going to see on Cops. I thought others should know.

Me, my wife and son moved here for my MICCC class. Thought we’d rough it and save a few bucks from BAH (the units are very affordable). The good news is the property managers are great folks. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place due to many of the tenants being terrible people. There wasn’t a week during our 6 month stay here that we didn’t see a drug bust happening in the complex. Until they figure that out I’d recommend military families look elsewhere.

The area is very nice, right across from the police station so you do not have to worry about safety. The apartment itself is very nice and cozy, utilities are good and appliances run well. Had a very good stay here for 4 months. Highly recommended for a very affordable price.
