We are currently at Texas Roadhouse in Sierra vista and worst experience ever!! From the food to the waitress and even the manager. First the appetizers came late, didn’t offer us bread got our order wrong twice and the manager Tracy is the one who did it the second time. No one came to ask how we were doing didn’t refill our drinks, then my son’s Mac & cheese was cold it just goes on and on so upset we chose to come here to celebrate a Birthday. We love to come here often but so disappointed don’t know if we’ll be back any time soon. The manager Tracy just kept saying ya ya ok definitely not worth the hour drive. Omg when we got home I found this in my mashed potatoes disgusting!! I don’t know what it is thankfully I mixed it before I ate any so gross. Never going back!! Going to have this disgusting thing checked in a lab looks like it’s growing mold! It was obviously put in there on purpose because this is the second one the manager brought me she seemed bothered that I was telling her about the horrible service.

Always a good choice for dinning and steak. There is plenty of parking if you count the adjacent mall parking as well. Very clean, especially since they no longer have buckets of peanut shells all over the floor any more. You cannot go wrong with this location. Often packed, so plan ahead. Ask for 15year Josh

Ordered for pick-up, and the food was horrible. The Ribs were uneatable and literally threw them away after chewing on one bite for over thirty seconds. Also, the order was missing sides (Extra side of fries and no butter for the bread). Terrible experience!

Came here with a friend and was seated in a timely manner considering how busy the restaurant seemed. We had ordered the Cactus Blossom which had also came out relatively quick. However, I had ordered a Long Island Iced Tea which did take quite sometime to arrive as it didn’t arrive before we finished half of the appetizer. When both of our 20oz Ribeye meals came out, I had ate all the sides first which tasted fine. Upon cutting the ribeye (which I had ordered medium-well), I was shocked at just how rare it was. Since I had ordered a medium-well, I had expected some redness and possibly small amounts of bleeding. However, the amount of red and blood oozing from the steak was ridiculous and quite disgusting. I had asked them to recook and when it came out it was not smothered with the sautéed onions that I originally ordered. I had asked the server to take off the smothered since I never ate or enjoyed the sautéed onions, and he took it off the check. Overall, my experience today was unpleasant and I was pretty grossed out by the seemingly undercooked ribeye that I ended up paying a decent amount for.

Update: Evidently the team didn’t receive the communication, ordered a medium filet, received a nearly raw filet, photo attached. It’s somewhat uncomfortable to open the to-go container and find a raw filet and fry’s soaked in blood. The food and service at Texas Roadhouse is excellent 98% of the time. The to-go can be a bit dicey as I order my steaks medium, on more than one occasion they come rare, I mean really rare, like raw rare. Whom ever took my phone order today at 5 PM could use some instruction on how to be polite to customers. It was like talking to a rude child demanding your order. Do better.

Pros: Excellent taste & quality of food. Big building so doesn't feel crowded. Neutral: Service was just ok. Prices were a little high but not bad for the quality of food. Cons: Long waits, some minor service issues. We went to an early dinner with friends around 2:30pm the other day. The parking lot was about 75% full but the restaurant wasn't crowded. Our table ordered a California Salad, a steak dinner, a 1/2 rack ribs with chili & fries, and a California chicken dinner with veggies and mashed potatoes and gravy. We didn't order appetizers but we did get drinks. The server brought the chili way before the rest of the meal was ready which was not requested and since no one else had any food brought early my husband didn't want to be rude and eat it before the rest his meal came. This meant it was not fresh when his meal did arrive with the rest some time later. The server didn't check back often but did bring refills for the iced teas at least once. The server brought new glasses but did not offer to remove the previous ones despite the crowded table surface. The food was all very tasty. My husband had the ribs which fell off the bone and were tender and delicious. I had the California chicken dinner and it was so good. The lemon sauce dressing was very flavorful. I will definitely have it again. I am not usually a lemon person but this was delicious. The chicken was cooked well and the broccoli was tender and well seasoned. No one had any complaints about the food except the butter used for the rolls. The bread baskets come with a sweet cinnamon sugar butter instead of a plain butter and while it is good and reminded me of cinnamon sugar toast from my childhood, we all agreed we would have preferred regular butter. The rolls were soft and had a faint sweetness of their own. I tried the sangria margarita and it was huge which I did not expect. The Pina colada my husband got was half the size, which is to say it was a normal sized drink. The sangria was tasty but my husband had to help me drink it and we still didn't finish it. Our friends got there first and got the table so we didn't have to wait but I'm not sure how long our friends waited. I'm guessing not long though since there wasn't a long line. The restaurant seemed clean & the staff were nice enough but could have been more welcoming. No one was rude but there was nothing impressive about the customer service either. Few if any smiles to be seen from anyone other than our server. All in all the food would bring us back. If you're a steak/ribs person this would be the place to try in Sierra Vista.

Across the franchise, the food is always great. I've never seen an over-cooked, rare 6oz Dallas Fillet. However, our bartender was overwhelmed and underwhelming... maybe she was working out personal issues by asking any single guy at the bar what their Friday night plans were. Because it took her a solid 10min to ask us what we'd like to drink, another 10min to fetch a beer and a glass of water, and another 10min to take our food order. Once she input our order, the food came out surprisingly fast and tasted great. We had to ask another waitress in the bar area for the check and wait another 10min for the bartender to cash us out, but hey... it was a Friday.

Friendly staff, delicious house rolls and I was pleasantly surprised about the food portions. It's my first time here but I'm glad we came!

The place was super packed when we went. We were taken to our table while the busser was still cleaning it, so they had to rush and the seats were wet when we sat down. Our server was alright, just a bit forgetful and not super attentive. Aside from that though, the food was delicious and cooked perfectly! Will have to go back on a less busy night.

We absolutely adored the hostesses, they greeted us with a smile, and very welcoming. Shea was our waitress and she was amazing. We loved her. Upon arrival they serve does hot rolls with the cinnamon butter. That was delicious. It is full of activity and lots of people celebrating, birthdays and having fun. I love that they support our veterans. One thing I have to say is that our food could’ve been warmer, but it was still tasty. I WOULD RECOMMEND

We celebrated our Anniversary there this weekend. Seated quickly and delicious hot rolls arrived soon after. Great service! My ribeye was great! Medium rare just perfect. Only negative, just so loud, we could hardly hear each other across the table. Perhaps next time we can choose to go on a less busy night, not a Saturday.

We come here from Patagonia for a date night. Also if we're celebrating a birthday or anniversary we like it here. The food is good and what they do they do very well. To be honest our friends and family know that above all else we are happiest to get Texas Roadhouse gift cards for birthdays and Christmas. What more can you say?

Boy was it crowded for a Monday night in the middle of the month! There was no wait for seating. Our server was professional, nice & attentive. There was a mix up with the appetizer but she made it right. Food came out in good time & was delicious & hot. $5 L.I.T had a bit too much triple sec but... it was $5 🤷‍♀️🤩 def recommend. TEXAS RH are pretty consistent.

This is unquestionably one of the best places to eat in Sierra Vista. We've lived here for more than two years & frequently visit Texas Roadhouse. The service is consistently fantastic, the food always tastes great, and you can't beat those rolls. :) Even when you do curbside pickup, you're greeted with a smile. Highly recommend!

Great food for a reasonable price! It seems like other restaurants have inflated their prices so much, but Texas Roadhouse is still reasonable. Ribs were fall-off-the-bone good, great sweet bbq flavor. Steak was made to order and delicious, no steak sauce required. Garden side salad was a good size and had egg and cheese. The child's menu mini cheeseburgers combined would be the size of a regular cheeseburger, and the bun was so soft, almost more like a croissant. The child's Mac and cheese looked like boxed Kraft Mac and cheese. The Cactus Blossom (onion) was amazing, prefect breading and sauce flavor. The beverages with alcohol are MUCH cheaper than most places. I think my margarita was only $7... it was huge. I'm used to spending $14+ on a drink like that. They accommodated our group of 13 on the patio.

Staff is super nice. But if you want to know my opinion... reading this, I imagine you do. Dina is a blast super great experience and If Chris is working the kitchen expect to have the best steak you've ever tasted. Literally told him I wanted steak. Pick the one you'd want and cook it how you like it.. havnt had a better steak in a while.
