Business
response
is
still
inaccurate.
If
I
arrive
at
5am.
on
Tuesday
and
already
have
a
reservation
for
Tuesday
by
policy,
if
a
room
is
available,
I
should
be
given
early
check-in
and
charged
an
early
check-in
in
fee,
not
required
to
pay
$140
for
a
day
that
has
already
passed.
And
it
appears
you
all
are
aware
of
this
as
you
reported
to
corporate
that
I
was
charged
an
early
check-in
fee,
not
for
an
additional
night.
*Original*
I
actually
love
the
remodel
of
this
hotel,
and
the
women
who
work
here
have
been
very
lovely
to
engage
with.
The
rooms
are
clean
and
comfortable,
and
the
breakfast
is
actually
worth
getting
up
for.
However,
the
man
working
at
night
had
no
clue
what
he's
doing.
I
asked
for
a
check-in
if
rooms
were
available
(there
were
less
than
five
vehicles
in
the
parking
lot
at
the
time,
rooms
were
available).
I
know
this
incurs
a
fee,
as
I
always
travel
overnight,
but
I
was
informed
I'm
not
allowed
to
check
in
early.
I
have
to
book
a
room
for
YESTERDAY.
How
is
that
even
possible
at
5
am?
I
was
then
told
I
can
not
get
the
member
rate
because
members
have
to
be
approved
by
the
manager,
and
I
must
be
active
duty
(no
veterans)
to
use
the
military
rate
-
all
of
these
statements
are
untrue/inaccurate
and
I
said
as
much.
I
ended
up
paying
3
times
the
rate
of
my
other
nights
to
be
in
a
hotel
room
for
2.5
hours
for
a
meeting/video
conference,
because
some
kid
at
the
front
desk
doesn't
know
anything
about
the
hotel
chain
he
works
for.
So,
my
stay
is
negatively
biased
because
of
my
introduction
to
the
newly
revamped
hotel.
