*Edit* Business response is still inaccurate. If I arrive at 5am. on Tuesday and already have a reservation for Tuesday by policy, if a room is available, I should be given early check-in and charged an early check-in in fee, not required to pay $140 for a day that has already passed. And it appears you all are aware of this as you reported to corporate that I was charged an early check-in fee, not for an additional night. *Original* I actually love the remodel of this hotel, and the women who work here have been very lovely to engage with. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is actually worth getting up for. However, the man working at night had no clue what he's doing. I asked for a check-in if rooms were available (there were less than five vehicles in the parking lot at the time, rooms were available). I know this incurs a fee, as I always travel overnight, but I was informed I'm not allowed to check in early. I have to book a room for YESTERDAY. How is that even possible at 5 am? I was then told I can not get the member rate because members have to be approved by the manager, and I must be active duty (no veterans) to use the military rate - all of these statements are untrue/inaccurate and I said as much. I ended up paying 3 times the rate of my other nights to be in a hotel room for 2.5 hours for a meeting/video conference, because some kid at the front desk doesn't know anything about the hotel chain he works for. So, my stay is negatively biased because of my introduction to the newly revamped hotel.

Excellent staff working at this hotel. I accidentally booked my hotel for the day prior to my arrival. I did not realize my error until I received an email asking how my check in was. I called the hotel and spoke with Marissa. She was empathetic and assisted me. She was able to obtain approval to change my stay to the next night. Upon my arrival to the hotel it was clean and staff was courteous. My room was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The continental breakfast was hot and plentiful. I will definitely stay at this property again when I return to Sierra Vista.

Newly remodeled room was perfect. I traveled with my two teenagers and mother and this hotel was very nice and affordable for our budget. Two queen beds, plus the couch pull out bed help to give us all room. Full size fridge and freezer were perfect. Nikki at the front desk was very responsive and very helpful. All the staff we met were smiling and eager to assist us. Breakfast was spot on and location was quiet and secure. Very nice stay overall. Recommended for families on a budget.

Location was convenient to commute from my work place and the room given was clean and well maintained. It also look good. Breakfast was served well. Best thing was the complementary bottle water. Thank goodness I did not had to shop mineral water this time.

Anytime I need service, they were there. We also enjoyed the breakfast they provided each morning. The room was awesome. I also was impressed by being able to take pictures of their mountains from my room. It was a excellent location.

I love this hotel, I like the food, the staff, the rooms, the pool and spa, it's always so nice. Unfortunately, there are no two-queen bed rooms so I can't stay here when traveling with my adult children. Also, every single one of their pull-out sofa beds need to be replaced! They are so miserable, even my dog wouldn't sleep on it. So forget having a place for a third person, even a child!

Clean hotel, nice people who run the place, we were on 2nd floor and ice machine was broke when we arrived but it was fixed the next day. Breakfast was good and service too

The value is worth almost twice the amount that you will pay to stay here! The room we stayed in with the double queen beds was nearly perfectly designed very good job on their partner! 🥰🥰 My wife and I loved our stay here 😉🤠😊

Super clean, super pretty and renovated rooms, super friendly staff. The staff was very helpful showing me all the places that I could visit while in town. Breakfast was yummy, thank you Cola, for your kind attention, and thanks to the girls at the front desk. I left feeling that I left friends behind. Great job, Comfort Inn & Suites Sierra Vista! ❤️

We enjoyed our brief stay. The double queen suite was roomy and clean. The bathroom had a decent amount of space with a standard size tub/shower combo. The vanity/sink was outside of the bathroom and to the right of that was another sink for the "kitchenette" area. There was a fridge with freezer, microwave and coffee maker set up with storage space for food or dishes etc. Everything was set up well and looked nice. Nikki greeted and checked me in quickly and the breakfast attendant was pleasant the next morning. There was cereal, muffins, danishes and fruit as well as coffee, milk and juice available at the breakfast. I like the new lobby set up, the remodel has revitalized this hotels appearance for sure.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. I like the location and convenience of this hotel. Close to Walmart and restaurants. The Room is clean. But the lady at front desk needs some work on her attitude. When I check in she was inconsistent on if the room was ready or not. One evening I was enjoying the breeze by the pool and someone left the pool door open. She assumed that I left it open and talked to me rudely. I said it wasn’t me and she said the pool was closed. I didn’t see a sign on the door said that the pool was closed. It was obvious she didn’t like me, without reason. She needs to learn to treat people equally with courtesy and fairness.
