POOR
SERVICE
AND
COLD
FOOD.
My
family
and
I
came
in
yesterday
to
have
lunch.
My
mother
wanted
to
order
a
double
cheeseburger
meal
and
had
to
use
the
kiosk.
It
wouldn't
let
me
do
the
meal
so
I
asked
an
employee
to
assist
(who
happened
to
be
the
manager)
He
told
us,
unfortunately,
the
kiosk
does
not
have
the
option
to
do
so.
I
understood
that,
but
when
I
asked
if
it
was
possible
to
just
get
the
double
cheese
burger
meal
for
my
mom,
he
replied
they
couldn't
do
it.
Instead
he
offered
that
she
get
two
single
cheeseburgers
w/fries
and
drink.
That
seemed
a
little
silly,
but
we
did
it
anyway.
The
inside
was
clean
and
we
were
able
to
find
a
place
to
sit
right
away.
There
weren't
many
people
inside
either
when
we
sat
down.
However,
we
waited
30
MINUTES
for
our
food.
The
employee
that
handed
us
the
food
didn't
bring
any
napkins
so
I
went
up
to
the
front
to
ask
for
some.
I
made
eye
contact
with
three
different
employees.
One
who
was
talking
away
and
standing
off
to
the
side
doing
nothing.
She
looked
at
me
and
didn't
even
offer
her
help.
There
were
no
napkins
anywhere
for
me
to
just
grab
so
I
waited
until
someone
finally
gave
me
their
attention.
When
I
got
back
to
the
table
my
family
informed
me
that
they
started
eating
their
food
without
me
and
it
was
cold.
I
wanted
to
say
something
to
the
manager,
but
it
was
hard
to
get
anyone's
attention
and
we
had
somewhere
to
be.
I
wouldn't
come
here
again
if
I
can
help
it.
