    It is a very rare occasion where I find it necessary to warn other would-be customers not to waste their hard earned money at this pathetic establishment. Laziest staff in Arizona will not make half of the food/beverage items on the menu past sundown, dishonesty claiming that various machines are down or undergoing maintenance. If you make the mistake of coming here you will leave disappointed.

    Fry Blvd McDonalds is turning out to be pretty disgusting. The inside is full of flies, everywhere. Tables and floors are always nasty. Drink station is messy, sticky, and out of stock. Never can find a napkin inside. If u get 4 meals for a family, you will have to return due to something not being correctly made or missing, almost 85% guaranteed, EVERYTIME. Food has been undercooked multiple times or overcooked if it's Fried. Check photos.

    Service was very fast and very friendly, The food quality left quite a bit to be desired. I decided to try the new crispy chicken sandwich($3.79) on my wife's recommendation, I got it and either somebody goofed making it or this thing only comes with the chicken breast the bun and two pickles. It was super dry and obviously not freshly made and I couldn't even eat it. Not only did I get a bad lunch, now everything my wife has ever told me is subject to review. Thanks a lot McDonald's!

    I gave myself 5 stars, on service, for my exemplary use of their kiosk. Good thing. There was no one around to help and this was my first time in. We recently moved to the area. Every table was dirty. The number of flies was ridiculous!! When you have excess lighting the blue lights have no effect on the flies. Please check with an exterminator on proper placement for maximum effect. And, for the love of all that is holy, keep those tables clean. My 5yr old ordered a chocolate shake. Took a small sip and wouldn't let him finish it. Not sure if machine was dirty or mix was spoiled but in the trash it went. We won't be back but others will appreciate the improvement.

    Do not order delivery from this restaurant. They literally just give you whatever they want and the food is never fresh and hot. Poor quality workers at this location. Used doordash a few times and I never get what I paid for I ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe meal and received a cold Big Mac with cold fries. Unfortunately doordash doesn’t refund for the mistakes of the merchant so I had to dispute the entire charge with my bank. Will never eat from this location again. Robotics seriously need to replace humans for the food service industry cannot wait!

    This McDonald's was a new experience for me. There was no cashier, and you had to use the Kios to place your order. The orders were backed up, and we waited 20 minutes for our food. The manager walked around texting on his phone, and an employee did push-ups on the floor before touching the orders to pass out.

    Not only was the burgers smashed, the fries were old and cold and no salt. Did an on line order for pick up and was made to go in and pick up the order and fill our own drinks. What is the point of the app if I'm going in anyway, and if I'm gong to fill my drinks can I prepare my food for quality and accuracy as well?

    Normally I look past most issues I have because as a single mom it’s cheap and easy. But I’m so annoyed that when I went to door Dash some breakfast, it says they are closed until Saturday morning. But when looking them up they are less busy than normal? Are they really that unbothered to open up door dash? It’s ridiculous how they manage businesses. They either have you clean a mess yourself, wait 30+ minutes for one thing, ignore you, or give you expired milk. This place used to be a good place to eat, but now it’s a dumpster fire…

    This is by far the WORST McDonald's I've ever been to. Literally EVERY table was dirty. We had to ask someone to clean the tables. We also stood for 5 minutes in front of the counter before someone finally noticed us. And then we were forced to use the kiosk. The floors are FILTHY and there are flies everywhere. I'd give zero stars if I could!

    POOR SERVICE AND COLD FOOD. My family and I came in yesterday to have lunch. My mother wanted to order a double cheeseburger meal and had to use the kiosk. It wouldn't let me do the meal so I asked an employee to assist (who happened to be the manager) He told us, unfortunately, the kiosk does not have the option to do so. I understood that, but when I asked if it was possible to just get the double cheese burger meal for my mom, he replied they couldn't do it. Instead he offered that she get two single cheeseburgers w/fries and drink. That seemed a little silly, but we did it anyway. The inside was clean and we were able to find a place to sit right away. There weren't many people inside either when we sat down. However, we waited 30 MINUTES for our food. The employee that handed us the food didn't bring any napkins so I went up to the front to ask for some. I made eye contact with three different employees. One who was talking away and standing off to the side doing nothing. She looked at me and didn't even offer her help. There were no napkins anywhere for me to just grab so I waited until someone finally gave me their attention. When I got back to the table my family informed me that they started eating their food without me and it was cold. I wanted to say something to the manager, but it was hard to get anyone's attention and we had somewhere to be. I wouldn't come here again if I can help it.

    I went in this morning with my daughter to order some food. During the duration of our time in there, a very disgruntled customer came in. I’d like to commend the staff and more importantly the managers on shift. They handled the situation with compassion, understanding and a ton of patience. It’s nice to see people treat others with such respect. Our food was delicious by the way…

    The only reason I lowered the score is due to the fly problem. I figured the problem was something they were aware of and trying to handle, but it's been weeks. The flies have taken the center lobby so easier to avoid when closer to the menu boards or the playground area. Still not an excuse to just let them fester. Otherwise, the service and food are as good as McDonalds gets. I had an issue with an order the other week, and it was swiftly corrected. I've seen some training occurring in the lobby with true professionalism. No doubt a good team. Just fix the files please.

    Ordered some fries for a meal and they were so soggy and cold. You guys always talk about how crispy golden and delicious they are but this was absolutely repulsive. You call that gold crispy? (See images below) Pitiful .... They weren't even salty!

    Food was good and consistent. However, I HATE the new ordering kiosks - way to many steps and silliness to place a simple order. I have to say the table side service appears slower than just waiting for your order. One cashier upfront seems like a road block to me. Try again but give us the chance to speak an order to a cashier if we want to.

    I went through the drive thru with my mother. She had an order. I've only ever had one negative experience with this location (as far as I can remember) and that was due to an employee acting like I was bother just because I said they forgot my drink. It's not really a groundbreaking McDonald's, but it isn't a terrible one either. All in all, if you're hungry for that classic Big Mac and McDonald's Coke (we know it's different than regular Coke) I'd recommend going to this location and trying their food.

    I used the pick up option on the app. The wait time seemed a little faster than drive thru. They forgot to add the dipping sauces we had selected. The quality was good for fast food standards during the lunch rush.

    Best McDonald’s I’ve been to so far! People there treat you with kindness and the food is always great. Also one of the managers there is incredibly great at what she does and her costumer service is through the roof, props to her for that. Everyone is general are some hardworking people and kind.

    The girl at the backcash window was not the brightest. I was trying to use a coupon and she read it and said it wouldn't work for what I ordered. I explained to her, a few times, that it would. I asked her to just scan it and the computer will figure it out. She refused to scan it, for over 15 minutes. I told her I was going to be late for work and to just give me the one sandwich and she got confused.. I pulled up to the next window and explained to them what happened and he told me I was right and tried getting me my original order. I refused because I was going to be late. But come on now, please educate your friggin employees. If they aren't the sharpest tool in the shed maybe they shouldn't be working directly with the public...

    Food :just pray your order comes out right. I've never been poisoned by them so that's good right? Service :99.9 percent do-it- yourself I'm awesome so I gave myself 4 stars but don't worry if those kiosks are to difficult to figure out they'll help you! Atmosphere:they keep it pretty clean! If they payed as much attention to the food they served as they did the clean atmosphere this spot would be the the "Gordon Ramsey" of fast food.

    fast food is no longer fast or cheap. The lines were so long outside that I went inside thinking it would be quicker. It seemed there were only a couple people in front of me waiting for their meal but they waited a long time and my weight was 15 minutes. I don't know why I ordered the little hamburger it was disgusting and so were the fries. I forgot that they are my least favorite place to order diet Coke but I remembered that as soon as I started drinking it. The chocolate chip cookies were good though and the staff was polite

    Most of the time the food is messed up, fries are either soggy or hard n cold. Most of the people there have attitudes. Im sure it's because they're busy but it stinks when the people and food is crummy. They have their good days far and few in between. Sometimes I'll drive way to hwy 92 McDonald's just because I don't want a bad experience.

    This is one of busiest McDonald's I've ever been to and definitely the noisiest. Food is not all that good. And it took almost an hour to receive it. This place has one of those kiddy play areas, place was noisy, gross and bunch of sick kids coughing and wiping snot everywhere. Tables were dirty and sticky. Employees didn't give two cents to what was going on. Just one employee helped out and came and wiped down table for us and got our drinks since manager who would only deliver food to tables (rudely) and wouldn't bring our drinks we ordered. So save your money and time and eat at one of other places in town.
