The food here is good, my favorite thing to order here are the mozzarella sticks. The servers are nice. The portions are very generous.

They are busy, but Ella handled herself very well. She was polite on the phone and cooler to talk to in person. She had a smile on the whole time. This is my first time getting Olive Garden Togo. They food was well packed and was very fresh.

After a local restaurant failed us miserably...Texas roadhouse...we were forced to look for alternative options for a party of 20 people. ONE phone call to the manager of olive garden and in less then 10 minutes we had a table for all of us. Service was fantastic and everyone was awesome. Will definitely be booking all our parties here from now on

Manager was very rude, and miserable. I couldn't imagine working under someone like that. The rest of the staff seemed very nice and food was good. But they need to look at management and maybe consider hiring friendly people for Managers that treat customers and staff with a little kindness and respect.

Had one of the best experiences ever. I've been all over the world and been at most Olive Garden, but this is one of the top. From friendly staff to quick service. I was empressed. Thank you

I will say that the food was good. The delivery was quick but what truly sealed the deal for the five star rating was the at home style service that Alona had provided. She was prompt to take orders and check in, even the special attention given to our young daughter which lead to the overall atmosphere of our dining experience.

Olive Garden is one of our favorite places to go. While on vacation we saw this facility so we decided to stop. The food and service was one of the best we have experienced in any Olive Garden! Our server was extremely attentive and very nice making sure everything was to our satisfaction. We spent a little more than we planned as we took the desert home with us that we don't do normally. We will definitely return as we visit our friends again in the area.

We have had pretty good experiences at this Olive Garden however, none topped 2 nights ago when Brittianie and the rest of the staff there made our daughter's birthday night an exceptional one. I came in and made a reservation. Not knowing that they closed at 2100, it was made for 2030. Manager pitched in and not one person made us feel rushed. It wasn't till I had gotten up and walked from behind the back server station that I noticed no one was in the restaurant. It was already passed 2100 when I asked our waitress what time they closed and she dismissed 2100 with such class saying, "9oclock but don't worry about the time, enjoy your meal and your family, seriously." I don't even like showing up at any store last minute. I've walked into places and they tell me I have a few minutes I just turn around. Nothing in any store is pressing enough that it cannot wait to the next day. Olive Garden I commend you, thank you very much. N. On Amber Update 8/28/23 Ali was very energetic, did not skip a beat, and super friendly. Good job. Food was very good. Parking I believe will always be an issue in this area.

This is one of my favorite rest in town. Service is great and the foooood., love it!This time I delivered a very special centerpiece for a great 9 year old lil girl. What do you think?

Tipping before receiving a service is frustrating. But the young lady who brought my to go good to my car was simply amazing. I had confidence that my order was accurate, and she even insisted on running in for an item that would have made my meal that much better. I wish I knew her name to give proper credit. Hopefully, that is a trait that is trained for consistency

Greasy chain “Italian” food. The staff are fine, no complaints there. The atmosphere is about what you’d expect for a chain like this in a smaller town. The dishes we ordered were very greasy. See the pictures for what I mean.

There aren't many nice dining options in Sierra Vista on a Sunday evening, so we decided to give Olive Garden a try. Within minutes of entering, we felt as if we'd been magically transported to Italy and began conversing in fluent Italian, even though neither of us knew the language. Seriously, though, I'm glad we went. My wife had the shrimp scampi, which was a little bland but had a generous number of large shrimps. I had eggplant parmigiana, which is one of my favorite Italian dishes; it was different from the typical fully-breaded preparation but very good. The salad dressing was good and the ingredients fresh, but the salad itself consisted mostly of iceberg lettuce, with a few small tomato slices and olives. For desert, we had tiramisu and black tie mouse cake, which were a bit expensive but delicious. The restaurant was quiet and there was nice music playing, but not so loud as to be obtrusive. There was no wait for a table and the service was attentive.

They were quite busy but fast. I ordered shrimp scampi. The waitress misunderstood or didn't hear me well and brought chicken scampi. I never order chicken, always shrimp. I know what I like and would never order something with red bell peppers. When it came and I complained the waitress pulled out her order booklet and said you ordered chicken scampi. I know better. She took the plate and said she would change it. She did and it didn't take long. Everything went well from there on.

Fabulous service and food. Wonderful staff. We brought my twin infant granddaughters and they were more than welcomed and well received by all. Our seating was just right for our 6+ groups and 2 infants.

The layout of the restaurant and decor was beautiful to me. Nothing compared to the Olive Garden on Guam. Food was delicious!

I've been to a lot of Olive Gardens over the years however, I think tonight's was by far the best experience I've had. Sure, the food is pretty darn good for what it is (especially for it being an olive garden), but one cannot talk about their endless breadsticks or even their salad, without bringing up customer service. Not every restaurant across every state is going to be phenomenal but their workers, specifically their waitresses/waiters, certainly can be. I would like to shout out Gabbi for her exceptional service while she waited at my table. She went above and beyond to make sure my table's needs were met, even as she was getting off shift. If anyone deserves a raise or any special commission, I sure hope it's you. Thank you once again for making the experience as a whole, exceptionally well beyond, what dining at any restaurant ought to be. Have to give credit where credit is due: can't go wrong with any of the entrees or appetizers. Oh, and we can't forget the breadsticks now, can we?👏

I don't care what people say. I love authentic Italian placed, and I love olive garden! The calamari does not disappoint, love the lasagna and the tour of Italy. Sierra Vista's Olive Garden in particular is always good! Great service and quick consistant food!

Our sever was great and my food was yummy and hot :) Thanks so much for a great dinner cooks and servers. I had stuffed pasta and my date had the trio and we were happy with everything. It smelled and looked so good I forgot to snap a picture! Next time.

The last meal we had here was great. The server was very attentive and always ensured we were taken care of. The food was great and we left happy. Over the years of coming here sometimes it's a 3 out of 5, sometimes it's a five or of five, so I rate it a four out of five on average.

Outstanding customer service. Crews are well trained. They really know how to treat customers right. On top of everything, the quality of food is really delicious, fresh from the kitchen when served. Highly recommended to everyone. They are also great supporter of the Veterans.
