On December 4th my husband and I went to Sierra Vista's Chili's restaurant to dine in. The greeter was fairly unfriendly but seated us quickly. We waited considerably long between the time that we were seated and the time that somebody came to take our drink order and the couple that walked in a good 15 minutes after we did was actually served both drinks and food quicker than we were. Once we had waited for a while to have our food order taken, the shift leader came to the table and a few minutes later our server came back to take our order which had already been taken care of at this point. There was poor and untimely communication between the staff for sure. Our food arrived late and partially cold. I ordered the Triple Dipper and my husband had the Smokehouse Combo. The only thing that was remotely hot on my husband's plate were the fries, everything else ranged from lukewarm to cool. My Triple Dipper was hot, but unfortunately lacked as well; the amounts seemed quite a bit smaller than previously, I was initially given only one of the three dipping sauces it comes with and the celery was completely omitted. After alerting our waiter that my husband's food was mostly cold and that I'd like to get the remaining sauces, he asked for a moment to speak to his shift leader but told us that he'd get new food out to us as soon as he could. Another disappointing 10 to 15 or so minutes passed and we did, in fact, not receive new food. The shift leader came to our table, said that it seems we were "let down in both the time and quality aspects of our visit", he proceeded to apologize and handed my husband his card and a $5 off coupon for our next visit. I believe that any eatery worth anything should've offered to a) bring new and *hot* food at this time and b) should've covered the check, not just a measly 5 bucks off for the *next visit*, which also implies there will be a next time and that has yet to be decided after repeatedly being disappointed in this Chili's location. In the meantime my husband continued to eat his dinner and to top everything off found an actual piece of plastic in his ranch dressing, presumably packaging from the sauce container that it came in. Of course this was also brought to the attention of the staff and all we received was another awkward and lousy apology, nothing more. Honestly, I used to really like coming to Chili's but their quality in both products and service has decreased noticeably. This was the third time that the Sierra Vista location was a disappointing mess and I still can't believe that after receiving cold food that was not only late but also had plastic in it we were not offered to have our meal paid for, but received a 5 buck coupon, which at this point seemed so fitting that it was nearly comical. If every customer is "the best", then I truly don’t want to receive service at its worst.

The only good thing about my visit was the coke. They could’ve spared this cow’s life. Burger was beyond dry, over cooked and completely inedible. Lettuce and tomato were warm, dried out and disgusting. Buns were cold and dry, despite having butter on them. Fries arrived almost as cold as the ranch. The skillet chocolate chip cookie was burned thoroughly, including the chocolate chips at the top and chocolate syrup they threw over the melted vanilla ice cream. Save yourself the time, energy and horrific experience of having someone else’s near empty drink sit in front of you as the waiter waves your credit card around the whole restaurant. Also, as a new mother you’d think their changing table in the Women’s restroom wouldn’t be broken. If it wasn’t for me grabbing my daughter when I did she would’ve fallen and died. Thank you for my final visit and “wonderful” service!

Tasty food and quick friendly customer service. I had an appetizer and a cold beverage. Very satisfying.

The service was incredible as we walked in and got seated to our table. The food was amazing as our group got the same items and we all had the same reactions. The food was freshly made and very hot as it got to our table, and the drinks were awesome as well. The waitress was super friendly and helpful. This grill and bar establishment gets a 5 star rating from me.

Okay, so I hate to be the one to complain, lemme just say that first. Our server was super nice but not attentive in the least. We got the wrong drink and upon letting the server know were asked if we wanted the right drink. Um yes? Then we were asked if we were gonna drink the wrong drink, no, if we were I wouldn't have even mentioned it? The drinks were either overly sweet or overly acidic, the food was SO salty, or overly spicy and I genuinely enjoy spicy food! But not like that. Overall, there's a reason I tend not to go to chains like Chili's and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone with high blood pressure because holy cow, THE SALT.

We decided to take our family who visited from TX to Chilis on the day before the 4th of July. We ordered 4 adult dinners and 2 kid meals all at the same time The kids (2 and 4) meals came 15-20 min before our meals. When we asked our waitress when our meals would be out she said there were meals before ours and everyone in the restaurant had ordered at once. Well…..we ordered the kids meals the same time as ours?! Finally got our meals and asked our waitress how long it would be if we ordered a meal to go. She checks, comes back and said about 10 minutes as we were ordering a salad. Ok sounds good, We ordered the salad. Our bills comes, we pay it, we give her a great tip and we sit and wait…..wait…..wait. We waved her down and said where is our salad to go? She checks comes backs and said there are 3 dinners a head of ours. WHAT she said 10 minutes. That was the final straw. We had to leave without our salad for dad as I had a caregiver sitting with my elderly father and we had to be home by 6pm. I guess she ate it. That’s why we asked how long! Won’t return to Chilis. The waitress had purple hair and a 50 and 51 on her cheek. Wonder what that represents?

Food was REALLY salty. The reason we decided to eat Chilis today was we were craving the chicken enchilada soup. It was horrible. Tasted old and burnt. Not even a soupy consistency, it was like a paste. Absolutely horrible.

While the food and the service at this restaurant was really good, The cleanliness of the restaurant however, was not. I sat in a booth by the window and the windows were absolutely filthy with fingerprints, dirt and flies. My food arrived and I could barely eat it in between swatting flies. Major turn off for me.

Had not been to Chili's in quite sometime, but my daughter took me to lunch. We ordered the Fajita trio and we split it. I am allergic to shellfish so they put it on a separate dish and daughter thoroughly enjoyed them along with samplings of the beef , chicken and vegetables. They were delicious. The waitress was wonderful. It was a very nice meal and we had an enjoyable visit. Thanks for making our outing so pleasurable.

Burgers are delicious, other food items we've gotten so far are not very good at all( that fajita plate was not good at all, steak barely edible, chicken salty, etc..) also had some Cajun shrimp pasta before, so bad we returned it, we keep coming back for the burgers they are delicious! On a side note, I know we live in the desert but when it's November and the temperature is in the 60's there's no reason to be blasting the AC so hard inside.

Stopped here for dinner while on an overnight trip and really enjoyed the food. We ordered the cajun chicken pasta and the quesadilla explosion salad. Both were brought out in a timely manner, presented well, and tasted great. Every staff member we interacted with was courteous, and the restaurant was clean.

Our server was great but clearly had a few too many tables. Food was good but service took a while. It was a rather busy afternoon however. Location was clean and spacious

Oh man has the food at Chili's improved!! Their flavor scientists nailed it with the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas!! Soooo tasty and the texture was perfect. My server was awesome too. The atmosphere is just eh because it's just a Chili's, a chain restaurant.

We hadn’t eaten at a Chili’s restaurant in years. Having trouble finding somewhere to eat while passing through Sierra Vista, we decided to give Chili’s a try and were very pleasantly surprised. We were seated quickly, the restaurant was nicely decorated and clean, the servers were nice, and the food was really good. I especially enjoyed the cilantro salmon dish. It was tasty and perfectly cooked. The vegetables were perfectly cooked and well seasoned (that’s unusual in a restaurant as they’re often hard/undercooked and bland). The only complaint was that the side of rice that came with the salmon was bland and not fully cooked (it was hard and crunchy). My husband had a burger and loved it! An added bonus was that if we signed up for rewards we got free chips and salsa (good at every visit). We quickly signed up and were so glad we did! The chips were SO yummy (light, crispy, hot and fresh) and the salsa was good too.. We’ll definitely be visiting Chili’s at other locations in the future!

Ordered to-go. When I unpacked the food at home, I found multiple things expired such as a kid’s chocolate milk. Even the dessert had stickers on them showing the preparation date and expiration date (expiring 4 days BEFORE I was given the food). This is incredibly disappointing; serving expired food is a health issue and is an unacceptable risk to customers. This location needs to allow customers to get refunds for food issues. Furthermore, they need to improve their quality control for food if they want to retain customers. Even if food is cooked and frozen days before it is served, the establishment should make this clear for customers, removing any labels indicating the food is not safe for consumption.

The only reason I'm giving this like a three star is because I found a like metal cap in my food, and some of the servers just looked at me with disgust. I'm so lucky that I didn't eat/bite it. Because my tooth could have broken or I could've even just swallowed it without knowing. It was the sizzling skillet. Yes, it was sizzling, no it did not live to the expectations.

Absolutely the best crew. Go evert 2 weeks and they are always fast, friendly, enjoyable. Today was no different. Best place to enjoy a meal hands down. Thank you to all the crew.

I love this chilis so much! One of the hosts, I believe her name was Hailey, was very friendly and sat us immediately. There wasn't much of a wait for our food despite it seeming fairly busy and it was all exactly what we asked for!

Service is always slow. Took the first half of a football game to get our chips and dip. They tapped my card two times and then said their systems don't like wireless Amex payments and will automatically charge with 18% tip. Quickly followed up with "don't worry the charges won't go through (they did)." Bartender did the survey after she ran my two friends payment, because "it'll help her get extra shifts." They didn't concur with the ratings she left or have the chance to do it themselves. Very inattentive and slow getting us our food and drinks.

We had 8 people, made a reservation for 1:30 Arrived and no reservation. They did have plenty of tables, so they accommodated us. It was over an hour before we got our meals. Food was good and hot. We had a birthday, but gave up waiting for the desert and got it to go. We waited over 30 min for our tickets, we could have shared the desert while the ice cream melted this was 3:10 the restaurant was empty. Waitress was warm and friendly but took way too long for food for numbers in the restaurant and way way too long for our tickets, another 20 min. Tickets were wrong waited yet again for the corrected ones. Plus several for change Tickets arrived but we're wrong. I frequently come and sit at the bar, this was my recommendation for this birthday lunch. I will NEVER come here with a group again.

Terrible free wifi policy, so bad I would not recommend eating at any Chilis due to the over complicated sign up process and invasion of privacy, hello at mobile number AND email? Plus it still was never clear if you were connected to the network. Just an over complicated, poorly implemented and none intuitive system
