    The food is fine, and the staff is always very attentive. However, I'm very concerned about the treatment of staff I often see at this location. I often see an employee outside taking orders at the drive-thru. Overtime, I've seen... - Workers sitting out in 90+ degree heat, wearing dark uniforms and looking absolutely dehydrated. I recall one girl barely being able to even speak because of how hot and tired she was. - Workers sitting out in the rain without any cover. People can catch sickness doing this. - Workers sitting out in the cold with hardly any protection. Again, people can catch sickness doing this. - One conversation I had with a worker revealed that management seems to care more about the tablet than the actual employee. The sheer sociopathic absurdity behind this is palpable. I've often asked for workers' opinions on this system. I'm also friends with an ex-employee who has given their opinion as well. The opinion is, more often than not, overwhelmingly negative. I implore management to do better, because I find this to be utterly unacceptable treatment of staff. If you absolutely NEED to have an employee standing outside, GIVE THEM MORE THAN A CHAIR AND A BOTTLE OF WATER, FOR GOODNESS SAKE. Build a little structure or something! Or better yet, just let customers use the damn speaker as intended.

    Sierra Vista Taco Bell is one of the most inconsistent branch of taco bell chains that I've ever been to. One day they do decent and the next I get word from my food runner that they laughed when he was given the wrong order with refusal to make another one in the correct way. I literally got one bean burrito and it was cold as hell. How that happens because I live close will forever be beyond my understanding. This establishment needs to seriously get their priorities together before they lose all of their sales. The only reason I am buying from them still is because of my pregnant wife. It wasn't even a hard order either. Not a lot of changes to standard food items. 0/10 complete trash service.

    I love this Taco Bell and all of their staff. Today was my first less than stellar experience. I walked in around 5:30PM walked past the order kiosks to order at the counter, I prefer a face to face experience. The service member did not greet me (or the person behind me) but had asked if I wanted to try the kiosk. Not in the most enthusiastic suggesting tone, I got more of a "idk if i wanna help you" vibe. I am 24 yrs old and I feel like I'm complaining like the average person in this town, 65+. But this is the reason self service kiosks are being installed in multiple businesses because people are lacking work ethic/customer service skills. Once again, not horrible, but not what I'm used to. To add the store was not busy. I also used to work there, so I know what this location is capable of.

    This was my first time coming to this one. Service was great and food was ready when I arrived. Great Atmosphere when walking in. But they could maybe add a TV so that people could watch kid and family-freindly entertainment while eating. The food was Great and delicious. Lots of options for drinks. Great place to go to for lunch.

    Go here all the time usually great quality and speed but tonight around 1am the 23rd I ordered 5 burritos and they are literally half filled. They literally look like rolled up soft tacos Edit: well now it's 0/10 wish I could have gave zero starts. I have found after eating that the reason my burritos are all barely filled is because there is actually no meat in my burritos. Thanks taco bell.

    The line was a little slow, but understandable. What I’m worried about was the poor employee who had to stand in the hot sun for who knows how long with no umbrella or shade of any kind. Will Taco Bell pay for her hospital and chemo bills if she gets skin cancer? I bet not! I just hope that either Taco Bell provides her with some strong sunscreen, or she brings her own which she should not have to do. Just sad to see that Taco Bell doesn’t care for their employees. The worker said she had one, but it flew away. Ok! Than Taco Bell should replace it asap…period.

    Horrible management. Forgot one item, went back in to ask for the missing item. Should be pretty straightforward, right? Wrong! Not with Sierra Vista Taco Bell. I was told to bring all the food back in, I asked a second time and was told yes I needed to take the food out of my children's hands and bring it in. So I did and then asked to speak the manager who threatened me because I was upset. I told her go ahead and call the police and so I can ask them if it was appropriate for the store not to give me the food I paid for . She refused to call the police after making the threat and told me that no one told me to bring the food back in. She called me a liar, but why would I have left to get if they hadn't asked for it? Stupid manager couldn't understand simple logic. I had to end up tossing all the food because my kids didn't want to eat the food again. I'll never go there again and never again to a Taco Bell anywhere. This just really left a bad taste in my mouth, literally.

    This Taco Bell is absolute garbage. They always take over 20 minutes to give you your food and everytime it’s delivery or drive through somethings always missing. They employees are terrible/ slow / just bad all around

    I came in today did a online pick up order. I got my food an on the way out the employee walked up to me an said let me see your phone. I said for what. She said people have been taking wrong orders then touched my arm. So I showed her my phone an then she says again people have been taking wrong orders as she touched me again. She was like some security guard in there. So, I got in my car an called the manager cause I wanted to leave an not be touched. The line was busy. I called later. The manager didnt even apologize. He just said thanks for the feedback an offered me a taco. I said no because when I got my food before it was cold.

    This was our first time eating and sitting inside Taco Bell and it was disappointing. The lobby was superficially cleaned but still dirty. The chairs where in disrepair. The staff was nice enough but we had to wait about 15 min for our food which was likely because there were three employees sitting in the lobby talking. There were quite a few people waiting for food which did not seem to letter. The food was ok…not great but still edible. We’ll hit up 143 Street Tacos in the future.

    Be aware if you go to the drive-thru at dark do not shoot the creepy guy that jumps out out of the dark wearing all black. He's just there to take your order and get mad at you when you pull up to the menu because you can't see it from where he's standing. And then after this, the guy at the window decides he needs to scold this as well.Highly recommend not going here.

    If you could offer a carb free tortilla, I know many people who would like that. Where can a person go to learn how to use and understand the Taco Bell app? The price for a side of refried beans is high for what you get.

    At 1st, we thought that Taco Bell having a person at the drive thru was a nice personnel touch..... It's wasn't!!!!! The young lady was standing "way too far" from the out side menu. And than when I said I needed to pull up some so that I could read the menu, she said OK, but only up to the yellow pole. Well that left me being able to read the left side of the menu and my wife being able to only read the right side. To us, this didn't make any sense, the young lady with her restrictions only made it harder and not easier to order....... We also noticed that the people behind us had the same problem, and had to pull up farther up then where the young lady was standing to read the menu........

    Taco Bell is not a fast food joint I generally think of as special, in fact I generally associate it with bad quality and service. This location however, is impressive in comparison; food is never cold, they've never messed up my order, and they actually seem fairly hygienic.

    Loved all the different options available to make an order. Drive thru, online ordering, indoor kiosk touch screen and regular counter service. Cashier was pleasant and projected a positive attitude. Unfortunately they didn't relize the frozen drink flavor we ordered was out until my order was almost prepared. We opted for anouther flavor (cherry) that had a strong syrup after taste. Overall, staff was good and food was on par for fast food.

    Seems like they can never get fresh food out the window. I keep returning because they are the quickest option when on the go, but I continuously get cold food, or stale shells for Tacos and chalupas.

    Box of tacos and burritos. Got so sick to stomach. Worst diarrhea ever had. Don’t know who was in charge of kitchen May 22,2023 around 1900 hrs but OMG after that experience threw away rest of box too afraid something was tainted. The till clerk was friendly offered me a free beverage after spending almost 20.00 not sure if I’ll ever be able to go back missed work because of being in toilet at 3 am was a terrible experience. Been there half dozen times before never had issue.

    I currently am a late nite person and delivery driver. The individuals who work at night for Taco Bell get slammed without notice and they still push out hot food and give exceptional customer service. The fast food industry has given us convenience. Most fast food workers are high school students who are doing a thankless job. Thank you for your hard work

    Long wait and not really a good area to pick up orders for deliveries. I’ve had to wait over 20 min 3 times now for a pick up and then there is always a bunch of people in front just waiting by the counter. Never a way to get in and grab the food and go . People working there are very nice .

    Today I wanted to go to Taco Bell just to get there Mexican pizza and it did not disappoint. My husband got the nacho Bell grande and we were so busy eating I did not take a picture. We got a side order of fries with the cheese dip to share. Their fries are so delicious but the size of the order was quite a bit smaller than the last time we got them. We had a Baja frozen drink to share which was very good also. We went through the drive-thru and it was quite quick considering how long the line was.

    We go through here quite often and for what we get, everything is quite decent. They handle a rush fairly well and the food never seems thrown together. I appreciate when an item comes with sauce, that it stays in the item and not all over the wrapper. I can't speak for anyone but us and we don't hesitate to eat here weekly if not more.

    First time back to this location in quite a while. Used to be horribly slow. Got my food within three minutes of ordering a larger order. Very impressed and glad to seeuch faster service now.
