I go here whenever I have a sad day at work. The best time to go is 7:30pm, since you might catch the shift with Diante on it. Diante and all of the guys that work with him always read out my order to me including all the adjustments I made, so I know it's perfect. They're so friendly to me and my food's always prepared with care and attention, and that's what I need when I'm getting comfort food. A++++

I never come here but I needed a quick lunch so I decided to try it. I got a cheeseburger and small onion rings. I paid $3.29 for small onion rings and literally got 3. That's all...3. Wow. Big disappointment. Waitress was very friendly though!

Stopped in for lunch here; had a regular cheeseburger and tots and the food was good. Service was fairly quick and it was nice to be able to sit in my car and eat.

Most of the eating establishments in Sierra Vista have been a huge disappointment, but Sonic remains a top contender. It is all to do with the service. The food is good, average fast food, but the sonic blasts are great. We always get an Oreo Sonic Blast, extra oreos, and after the first time of saying just smother it in oreos, I have yet to be disappointed. The short female, with the forearm tattoo is the bomb, and even added more oreos when she saw it was me today. She is definitely top notch in customer service and will keep us coming back for going above and beyond.

Food and service is good, it isn't that pricey either. They have panels for pedestrians so you can walk there and eat, as well as a drive thru.

Nice rebound, sonic. Last weekend we stopped and fed the family on our way out of town. It was a waste of the money I spent. I wont go into details because my point is is praise the attempt to make it right. When i called the store to speak with a manager, they were quick, apolgetic and solution oriented. This evening, We got our compted meal and it perfect. It was timely, hot and good. Nice recovery guys! Thank you for making up for a bad experience the first time.

Horribly dry food. Over cooked or old grease. We will not be back, seems to me like the cook may need to find a new occupation.

Roller skating servers! Who could ask for anything more? The only drawback is that this is located in asphalt lake just off Fry Blvd. It is conveniently located at a bus stop, and one can order from the walk up board in front, which also has seating. Trees would have been nice, or even just a patch of AstroTurf so one doesn't feel like you're in an asphalt wasteland.

Fast service both order ahead and at the stall. Food has been fresh and correct. I have had one off experience of a burnt corn dog, but Management has since changed and so far for the absolute best. Try them again if you've had a bad experience.

It was the car, so it was our own atmosphere. It was hot 🔥 so I got the Mango Slushy. It was great. Granddaughter and fiance had grilled cheese sandwiches and a Reeces Blast. They seemed to enjoy it. Service was really fast, considering I only saw one girl delivering. Hope everyone tipped her well. It was hot and she was working really hard.

Was so disappointed. First time to Sonic in over 12 years. Drive up, pressed the button to order. The person taking my order asked a few times to repeat my order. Obviously, the street nose made hearing my order difficult so I spoke louder. The server told me to not yell at her!! I didn't yell. I wasn't upset. I just spoke louder so she could hear me! We left without ordering further. There was no cause to be rude to me. I won't be going back. Not will my family.

Ordered mozzarella sticks and when I got home, I opened the bag to find french toast sticks with ranch and marinara...

I checked the web to find out what time Sonic closed in Sierra Vista. It was Sunday and the web said 12:00 midnight. I couldn't order on the app because they stopped taking orders at 11:00 ??? So at 11:23 I drive down there because they are supposed to be open and all the lights on the outside were off before 11:30 and lights were on inside. I drove up to the drive thru speaker and of course nobody would answer, even when I asked if they were closed already. I saw people inside and wouldn't even acknowledge me when I honked to get somebody's attention. It's just very rude to post your hours and not even stay open for your required posted hours. I really wonder what the district management will think about this. This younger generation has really gotten so very lazy and are so rude and disrespectful. New management is needed at this location. 😡

I come to sonic often and they are always very polite! The carhop Daniel is extremely polite and helpful whenever I need extra sauce! They’ve never messed up my orders! Carhop Daniel on the rollerblades is great!!!

Sonic is one of the few places that you know for fast food. That you can depend on being pretty consistent. In my opinion, they're definitely is a few steps above McDonald's ,Burger King and Jack in the Box. I would say a couple steps behind Culver's. But in my book that's a good place to be, especially when you're consistent! Service usually always is top-notch. I've never that I can remember had to wait excessively. I've always gotten my order and it's been right. So for fast food that earns four stars from me, In the fast food category.

I ordered a limeade slush with cherry. I was handed a limeade slush with nerds. I told the guy that's not what I wanted and he read the screen and said "yep, that's what it says!" I let him know that I definitely didn't say that. He took the drink back with an attitude and dumped the top off and added cherry slush and haded it back to me making it clear he wasn't making the drink I ordered. So I paid almost $6.00 to drive away with a drink that was filled with candy. I threw it in trash. Thanks.

Sonic drive through serves up the usual fast food choices. There's something for everyone there. It is fun to have the servers on roller skates serve your food.

Brought out food quickly but the fries had a weird taste, almost bitter, tasted like they used old oil or it had been sitting there for a long time. I hope I don't get sick 🤢

Sonic is one of my most favorite places to pass by and grab a drink, but as of lately their drinks are not meeting up with their usual epic tastes. I've been asking for certain drinks with extra cherrys/ and cherry sauce but they pour so little and add literally 2 cherries EVERY TIME. I really hope they change back to their super awesome service again, its going to be a moment before I go back 😒

Food is always great but the drive through speaker is busted and has been for over a year. This is our only local Sonic so I stop by randomly all the time. I personally only use the drive-thru and never pull up to parking spot. It's been over a year and management still has not repaired the drive-through speaker. It is insanely quiet and staticky and you can barely hear the person taking your order.

The service was quick and friendly. Signed up for text deals and got a free large slush with any purchase in app.... My Dr. Pepper had much more than the easy ice requested and one cherry is not what I'd expect when ordering add real cherry + extra real cherries but the cherry limeade slush was on point. I'll be back Thursday for 50 cent corn dogs.
