We were there 20 plus minutes and our waitress never checked on us and when we finally got our food, the hash browns were burnt and the omelet I ordered was burnt and gross. My girlfriends food was also burnt and gross. It was a terrible dinner and I will never go back

Another great meal... this is getting to be the best breakfast restaurant in Sierra Vista. Greatly improved over the last 3 yrs. The food arrived hot, the Ultimate Skillet potatoes crisp outside/moist tender inside and the whole dish was very flavorful. The Grand Slam eggs, bacon, and hasbrowns were cooked perfectly. Left feeling very satisfied and didn't eat the rest of the day!

I told the staff I was allergic to almost everything and I ordered hard boil eggs because it was easy for staff and I would be getting pure egg. The eggs came out some of them cut, I took a few bites and they tasted oily and had what looked to be a fried brown breading on them.

The individual in this picture brought in a old dog.Then proceeded behind the counter to make coffe and serve a couple sitting at a table. Now the food, I had the bourbon chicken skillet heavily salted could not finish. The highlight of the night was our server and he could not clearly communicate but was at least trying. I mean it's a Dennys, the food was what you'd expect. But how are you gonna charge these prices? $3.39 for some diner coffee is retarded, that's a Starbucks drink. This place is definitely not what you pay for.

My husband son and I went a little over a week ago. First and foremost there wasn’t a clean table anywhere and food all over the floor. Regardless, I ordered a skillet, my husband a sandwich and my son the birthday cake pancakes. My skillet was BURNED. Like all I could taste was burned food even after dousing it in hot sauce. The waitress never checked on us. She was more interested in watching the cops who were there for some reason while we were there. So as a result my son finished his juice and my husband gave him his drink since our waitress was nowhere to be found for a refill. It will be a LONG while before I go back.

Me and my brother had breakfast today and were blown away by the service we recieved today. Our server Antonio was amazing!! He was very friendly and the service he gave us was top notch. Then the food was just as great as the service. The cook who's name is John was moved from the night to the morning, I can't thank y'all enough for that, because the grand slam breakfast I got and the t-bone steak my brother got was delicious 😋 DEFINITELY coming back again. And so should YOU! You won't regret it! 👍👍👍

I had a good experience at Denny’s. My server was Barbara. I’m came in early morning and we were the only ones there. She still made sure to offer wonderful service. and if she needed to go do something, she communicated with me clearly before hand just in case I needed something in her absence. 10/10 would recommend. Food was delicious too.

This is a good restaurant, but honestly the only reason I come back is because of Hailey. She is a waitress there that always seems to have a smile on her face and makes me believe that she enjoys working there. The food quality is good but she makes it taste better by just having a good attitude

I think you can never go wrong with Dennys. They have been around for years. Dennys will always give you a bang for your buck. I often go with with the Lumberjack or All American Slam. You get plenty of food. This place will get busy on a holiday so be prepared and come early. The staff at this particular location is very friendly and hard working.

Our favorite 24-hour dine-in restaurant. Servers are friendly and funny. Food is filling, satisfying, and delicious 🤤.

The manager Sandy was very helpful during a very busy time. Thank you Sandy you have a big responsibility running a tight ship. I enjoyed my meal. Please tell Heiress I said keep up the good work. She too does a wonderful job.

Nehemiah took very good care of us (4 old people) He didn't seem bothered and had plenty of patience with our special orders. He checked on us to see what we needed often and was quick to get us what we asked for. And... the food was really really good. I've never had a brisket at Denny's but the sandwich was delicious! probably one of my best experiences at this Denny's.

Ordered an onion ring appetizer, soooo disappointed, given the amount youd expect for a side, but being charged for a a full order... 👎theres only 6 rings on the plate, and 🤢🤢🤢they were obviously the throw out rings, very over fried.. super greasy. Almost want to walk out... will update when we receive our orders.

Amazing food. The brisket was perfect. Not to mention their Strawberry Shortcookie Pancakes were the best I've ever had. Hayley was by far the best server in the whole place and even was willing to take our table after just taking another table. Will be back because of Hayley!!!!

My mom and I both got the cob salad. I got the grilled chicken. She got the breaded chicken. The breaded one was very salty. We also got the nachos. The topping were very skimpy. It was ok but definitely could have been better

They have turned things around so well since I moved here 6 years ago. We eat here a few times a month. There was an error before, but they made it right with our next delivery. They have excellent customer service. Food is fresh and cooked well. Nice portion sizes and good prices.

We ended up having to stop eating because a large roach had climbed up and over our seat right next to my husband making us have to get up and ask to get a box for our food. Notify the server and she did apologize but that was it did not try to discount our food because of not being able to complete our meal. Working for Dennys for over 10 years, the meal would have been taken care because I'm not the type of person to make a big deal in the restaurant I paid our bill and over tipped the server it's not her fault for the roach but the situation could have been handled better.

I had the best waitress yesterday (Karen) she was awesomely. many times I have went in the past I would not have a drink until after I got my food or I would only see the waitress once but Karen was by far the best and has made me want to come back more:) thank you Karen for being so nice and helpful!❤️

The pancakes were great. The eggs were awesome. The bacon wasn't very good and the orange juice I asked for turned out to be orange drink. Yuck!!! There why my healthy breakfast and something to wash down my pancakes. This was a take out on the run order so I was kinda screwed. Had to stop and spend more money on a soda.

Service was excellent and attentive. Restaurant was clean ( windows, carpet, tables, condiment containers, vents and fans) Pancakes were hot and fluffy and syrup was not too sweet. HOWEVER sausage and ham were exceptionally salty and greasy. Eggs were OK. Lots of elderly and families with little ones and each of the servers were kind and checked in frequently with customers. One elderly customer accidentally dropped his plate which shattered but his waitress immediately cleaned up the mess and with a smile assured him that everything was OK and not to worry. THAT was exceptional customer service.

Pitiful way to have a turkey dinner. I got stems and pieces crumbs from the bottom of the pan without 1 slice of turkey. The stuffing was so salty it was tongue burning to eat. To top it off, I just realized hours later it didn’t even include the cranberry sauce as advertised. The service was fine at first, but then after we got our food I couldn’t get a drink refill and never had a check back to see how it was. We had to chase our server down to get our check. NEVER going back!

Really impressed with improvements! Hadn’t been to this Denny’s in years. Last 2 visits compel a complimentary review! 5 star service, Alora rockstar waitress and Carey great manager on a super busy Sunday. Well staffed and ready to serve you.

Wife and I come here every week for breakfast and always ask for Alaura. She is one of the best waitresses I have ever had and always makes sure our experience is great. However, they need to pay their electric bill or something because it is a sauna in the dining room, way too warm.
